We lived there for two years before we realized that we were having a water issue underneath the home. We have a CONSTANT flow of water beneath our foundation and while Copper Basin initially came out to regrade our lot and put in 3 different sump pumps (because there was so much water the pumps kept breaking) the issue is still there. Once it was realized that a bandaid wouldn't address the issue they decided to stop helping us. We went to a lawyer who advised us that we NOT go into to litigation due to the fact that they've seen businesses like this one drain the money from poor home owners in court. This should be a criminal act! We are a military family that WILL let everyone we know to not do business with Copper Basin. It is a terrible thing when someone preys on inexperience and I hope that justice is served when it comes to this unethical, poorly ran business.

I have never seen such shoddy, unfinished work in a really long time. The workers leave saw blades, cig buttes, construction debris of all kinds in the yard. Their finish work is horrible. They hire rough in carpenters to do finish work. Not a good idea. I had a brand new house built and have had nothing but issues ever since. Just yesterday they showed up with a skip loader and started rutting my yard, carrying off landscape rocks that were not theirs. They Never announced they were coming, no phone calls, no letters, nothing. The workers stood outside my house for almost an hour and never approached my wife who was home at the time. She didn't know what they were doing or why they were there, they just started hauling rocks away, pulled a skip loader into my side and back yards and started rutting my landscape, leaving it worse than when they arrived. When they left they never cleaned the driveway, sidewalk or street where they left a huge mess. The lists go on and on and on. If you were thinking about calling Copper Basin for anything. DON'T Let me repeat that. DON'T
