When the job was finally done the morons blew little shards of glass EVERYWHERE rather than vacuuming them up. We had to have someone come out 2 times try to clean up the mess they made. Also dinged up the trim during the installation process and put a hole in our tenants yard swing. We were actually shocked they called to get final payment before any of this was taken care of. I said ok he ordered the glass and within about a week he was there and replaced the two large picture windows. I had called two other glass companys some didnt call for 4-5 days and then they told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even come out to measure. There was one other company that was very good to respond with measuring and quote but they were quite abit higher priced.

He knew I wanted traditional windows installed to keep the original Look of the house. was never given or emailed an itemized list of what was ordered to know that's what was ordered. He also wouldn't answer the question, "What would the order have cost with traditional windows". He offered a $600.00 refund, which I is better than nothing; even months later, I can't help but feel taken advanthe of. Yes, I have cool active/ passive windows but it's the principle.. that's not what I ordered. I have no way to know what the cost would have been or that what I ordered was actually ordered.
