If you need screen repair or replacement done at your house these guys are definitely the ones to call. I give them my highest recommendation.

Multiple times we told them they need to call our tenants to work with their schedule. Nope, always called us. When the job was finally done the morons blew little shards of glass EVERYWHERE rather than vacuuming them up. We had to have someone come out 2 times try to clean up the mess they made. Also dinged up the trim during the installation process and put a hole in our tenants yard swing. We were actually shocked they called to get final payment before any of this was taken care of. We will never have dealing with them again.

Installed an Infinity Sliding Patio Door with four layers of low e and sound reduction and a hemlock wood trim. Mike and Ken did a great job all around and came out a few weeks later to replace a bowed screen door and a marred cover piece, and now it looks perfect. Well worth the price but also a reasonable price considering the quality product and installation. These folks just aren't trustworthy in my opinion. We ordered two banks of expensive Marvin windows…read moreback in February 2026 to replace some contractor-grade windows in our 2005 spec-home in North Spokane. We intend to start replacing a bank of windows every six months or a year. NW Window came out to measure and then we ordered the windows. It took five months to get them - which is fine, as I understand that they're custom built, and that takes time - and then NW Window tried to install them. The installers were great, but they quickly noticed that the upstairs windows were fine, but the legacy trim could not be reused with the downstairs bank of windows. The person who had measured the windows back in February did not catch that there was a difference in trim depth between the upstairs and the downstairs. The next thing I received from NW Window was a quote for an additional almost $2K (plus even more for staining) to rebuild the window trim. This was on top of a sale of windows that was almost $24K. I get that no one is perfect, but you need to own your mistakes. NW Window, on the other hand, simply blamed the original contractor of our home for having inconsistent trim depth and is trying to shift the cost of their mistake to me. I will definitely look for a different window supplier in the future and will note to the window manufacturer, Marvin, that it should look for a more conscientious reseller in the Spokane, Washington area. Please note the ragged, more-than-3/8" gap in the trim on the picture below. It's sort of amusing that NW Window includes the following on the bottom of its invoices: "The bitterness of POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE is remembered long after the sweetness of a LOW PRICE is forgotten. Thank you for your business." They should read their own documents, as this was definitely an example of very POOR QUALITY and LACK OF SERVICE.

We purchased and had windows installed about two years ago, and just had two more installed yesterday to finish the project at our home, 5 miles south of Spangle, WA. Our installers this time, Micah Roberts and Luis Gonzalez, were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They kept the work area clean, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The new windows look fantastic, fit perfectly, and operate smoothly -- just like the ones from two years ago. It's clear why we came back to the same company. The quality of both the product and the installation is consistently top-notch. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen (and specifically Micah and Luis) to anyone looking for new windows in Eastern Washington. Thank you for the great work again!
