He didn't use subcontractors, which is so common these days. It is almost always a bad experience when the individual quoting the project is not who shows up to paint! We got 5 quotes and assumed all would use correct types of paint on the different surfaces as recommended by Sherwin Williams. This was the only company out of the 5 that doesn't. It's too bad when you think you're hiring a professional, and then find out you have to check every detail for yourself. I did call and left messages that were not answered. When I did catch person in office he told me paint looks good just pay your invoice. They may have been in business for a long time, but I wouldn't use again.
