My friend ordered a pincho with chimichurri sauce and it was so good. Then I got the Cajun French fries and although I'm not much of a sauce person, I prefer ketchup on my French fries, it actually was real good. I mean... what's not to love about Pincho Factory? I feel like this chain has gained cult status in Miami by now, I know they have several locations. This one is closest to me & I'm so happy about that! I usually go for the Egg'In Burger that comes with lettuce, tomato, american cheese, their yummy cilantro sauce & of course a fried egg on top! This burger can get messy since the egg is a little runny; I'm sure you can ask for a more cooked egg if you prefer. Their fritanga burger also satisfies my Nicaraguan cravings. Who doesn't want some fried cheese on their burger?! So friggin' delicious. I also opt for their specials often, it seems to change every time I visit. I go maybe once or twice a month so I'm not sure if it's a daily special or a weekly one. The last one I tried was the Quesadilla Burger which was just like it sounds, two small quesadilla instead of buns. YES. They used to make these amazing chorizo bowls a few years ago but I haven't seen them back on the menu in a while. Bring those back please! Love this place, I will keep coming back forever and ever. They were quick to fix the situation but I mean come on, it's not a sit down restaurant where the waiter has to remember every detail and substitution to a plate you order at the register where I hope they are taking notes of what you want and how you want it. I am a huge fan of pincho factory and everything on their menu! however yesterday's experience at this location wasn't a pleasant one. I called at 5:13 pm and ordered and was told it would be 10-12 minutes till it's ready. so I drove over right after cause that's about how far I live. when I got there I paid and I saw a bag on the table that was ready for to-go. the girl at the register told me to just have a seat because there weren't any to-go orders ready....... there was one right there but okay. I sat down and watched countless people retrieve their to-go orders. so after 30 minutes of waiting I asked the guy giving out the orders. he checked all the bags and said my name wasn't on any of them and then reached under the counter and pulled out the bag that I had asked about when I had arrived and paid. and he told me it was my order. so I asked him has that been sitting there this whole time? and he said "nope it just came out" - lie. so I opened everything up right there and everything was cold. so I then told him that it had been sitting there this whole time. my problem with that is that I am pregnant and I have to be really careful about not eating food that sits out for a while. and he just said it to get the order out. so then they apologize and told me the manager would remake my order it would be about 10 min. all good. I get my order and get home. they literally just put rice and steak in my bowl. nothing else that was supposed to be in there. so I was really disappointed in the lack of care with their work. read more

Been to the location in Kendall and ordered on several occasion and have yet to be disappointed. The toston burger and the bacon and blue cheese burger are my favorites . The toston burger you would think it would be on the dry side because of the nature of the plantain, but no, it's perfect. It's very well seasoned and not overloaded with spices. You can appreciate all the ingredients and savor as a whole. The ambiance and decor at the kendall is contemporary, chic looking and laid back, kid/family friendly. Look if you don't know about Pincho Factory by now then you're not living your best life in Miami. A few years ago I'd say you gotta get to Bird Rd to enjoy all they have to offer but now, they're popping up locations left and right. I've already been to this location twice but what got me to write this review was the excellent service from the crew last night. We had ordered ahead, so I was expecting to drop in, pick up, and be on my way. However, the order wasn't quite ready which was no big deal. I waited a few minutes only to be told that they had run out of 1 of the items we had ordered. Again, no big deal but I was a little annoyed that this was mentioned when everything else was already cooked and ready to go. Regardless, it was only a few minutes before my substituted item was ready, and one of the guys in the back came out to apologize and offer a discount on my order. I told him it wasn't necessary but he insisted saying he has to make sure their customers are satisfied. He went over to the register, reversed my order and processed a new one with a discounted rate. Legend. I absolutely slipped by not getting his name, but he was pretty tall, maybe the tallest guy in the kitchen (hope this helps get him recognized) and he was not the only one, the dude at the register was also extremely apologetic about the issue and very helpful. I'd have to say I was there around 9 - 9:30pm. Glad Pincho finally made it to Kendall and hired quality people to be the face of this location. read more

Compared to how good the food is I think the value is fair, but I don't like how some burgers are relatively inexpensive and then some are $10 just because they have bacon or another ingredient, like plantain or whatever. I could cry tears of joy now that Pincho Factory has finally made its way to my proverbial doorstep. A 5 minute car ride down the road now resides my favorite burger place on the planet! Pincho Factory has quite the cult following here in the 305, and it's no secret why- they have the freshest, most perfectly seasoned burgers (and more) on Earth. I'm a sucker for traditional burgers, so I always get the Pincho Burger with a side of Tostones when I come here. That's not to say that everything else on the menu isn't wonderful, however. Sometimes I walk in with the best of intentions to choose a healthier option- the pinchos or bowls. But the burger always calls my name, and it always wins. You can be as healthy or as unhealthy as you'd like here...From delicious salads and bowls, to hot dogs and queso frito burgers which basically contain cheese on cheese on cheese - you've got tons of choices. The cherry on top is the custom 627 Ale made just for Pincho. That beer is delicious and goes down so smoothly with your burgers- so get one when you eat here. I had the toston burger and while it had a good taste, I would've preferred for the burger to be well done. Normally at places where you're not asked how you want the meat cooked, they automatically make it well done, or at least that's what my previous experience has been like, however, this one had a lot more pink on the inside than I prefer. I also ordered the bacon cheddar ranch fries and the fries were very well cooked, but there wasn't that much bacon or ranch on them and the cheese was all the way at the bottom. Pincho Factory has finally made it to my neck of the woods! I've been quite in anticipation for the opening of their new location here in Kendall. The nearest one to me is the one on bird, 15 minutes away. Now I get to enjoy pinchos anytime, being that this new spot is 5 minutes from my house. We went out to eat to celebrate my favorite human being's bday, my girlfriend, with our group of close friends. She has also been wanting to go eat there and like that the decision was made. I love this new location because it is way bigger than the one on bird and is decorated with awesome wall art. On the opposite side of the wall art, there is a nice wood wall, giving this place a nice casual ambiance. The place gets really packed on weekends so expect a wait for a table and your food. I am kinda shocked that with the amount of people there, only 1 cashier was available taking orders, crazy! It backed up the line and we waited for 20 minutes to finally order our food, then it was another 20 minutes for our food to get to our table. Not cool when you are really hungry and so are your friends! What I did appreciate was the service given by the people bringing the food. They made sure we had enough chairs and made sure our food was getting to us. Now for the food. I ordered the pincho burger and my girlfriend had the fritanga burger. I also ordered the cartel dog cause I was hungry! Lol. A friend ordered the new and limited time quesadilla burger and another friend ordered the toston burger. All were kind enough to let me try a bite of their burgers to give you all the 411 on pinchos food! The pincho burger is all hype! No flavor and nothing special about it. It is simply a cheeseburger with typical burger toppings named pincho burger to put a nice price on it. Not ordering that again. The new quesadilla burger was quite good and interesting. It has pico de gallo and avocado. But it was way too small to be priced at 8 dollars. The toston burger was also good and was at least a better size. But my all time favorites and now my go to's are the fritanga burger and the cartel dog. The fritanga burger comes with a piece of queso frito and cole slaw, the combination of flavors is delicious! The cartel dog, made Colombian style has pink sauce, pineapple sauce and the papitas on a hot dog. It was cooked just right and the flavors were amazing! Anyways, to sum it all up, I look forward to visiting pincho factory often now that it's close to me. You gotta come check them out. Aside from the long wait which was expected, you'll have a good time and enjoy some good food. Oh and btw, their pincho skewers are amazing, so try those too! read more

It was my first time at their restaurant. I walked in with extremely high hopes and walked out with no desire to return. Their July "special", the Vaca Frita Grilled Cheese was a HUGE disappointment, especially for the price they're charging ($11.00). If see something on the menu that says grilled cheese on it, I expect it to have cheese. Instead, it barely had ANY cheese and it was mostly smothered in their smashed avocado. It was totally misleading and they should rename it to just a 'vaca frita sandwich' and not with all of the bells and whistles they described with on the menu. The Tostone Burger was just OK, but not worth the $8.xx I paid. The menu items do not include a side or drink. For the prices they're charging, the items should at least include a side. Overall, the markup on the food is insane and this place is WAY over hyped. The quality of the food was mediocre. The service was lacking. I expected the utensils and napkins to be readily accessible near the soda machine. Instead, I had to ask for them. This is not efficient and should automatically be given to the customer when they bring out the food or left somewhere for the customer readily accessible. read more

Based on my limited, one-time experience there, I have to say this place is over-rated. The wait time from when we placed the order and received the food was inexplicably longer than reasonable. Especially when one consider's their menu size and the not-uncommon food we ordered. The burgers seem to be popular at this joint, so I ordered a Pincho Burger and cheeseburger. The burgers were rather small. The patties were burnt on the exterior, yet raw on the inside. Which means they went straight from the freezer to being cooked, no thawing.
