This was my first Hot Tub, and Mario was really helpful & patient with the sales process. He told me Marquis was a top-rated Hot Tub and they were redesigning some of their flagship models. When I placed the order in December of 2020, the showroom didn't even have one on display! In April of 2021, Mario received a showroom model and said I could come over and give it a try (photo below). It looked great and felt even better...was confident I made the right choice...now I just have to wait until mine shows up:-) Even though it took nearly 2 years to receive the product, it was worth the wait! The crazy long wait wasn't Mario's fault...both COVID and the redesign were responsible for the delay. I use the Hot Tub often and it's been very easy to maintain. Since it's fairly small, I replace the water every 6-8 weeks (which means I need less chemicals to maintain the water balance). Mario recommended this instead of waiting 3-4 months. He also recommended getting a water pump to drain the tub...saves a lot of time. I can empty the tub in 30 minutes IIRC. Just using gravity takes ~90 minutes...I only did it once before getting the pump on Amazon. In any event, just wanted to say thanks to Mario with this review on my 1-year anniversary of owning this incredible Hot Tub!

I bought an electric pool cleaner that was expensive but doesn't clog the filter and makes less wear on the pool motor. Unfortunately after 3 months it stopped working. After checking it out they said the motor went and would get it replaced quickly. They found out that the motor was on back order so they called the rep and told them to send me a new pool cleaner so I wouldn't have to wait for a back order. Wrong parts, months long delays, excessive and repeated no call, no shows for pre set appointments for repairs. Last technician in February '26 actually cracked the Master Blaster jet casing causing a leak! We are now stuck with a brand new, totally unusable spa. Forced to waste more time now to file complaints with the the Better Business Bureau, the FL State Attorney General/Consumer Protection Agency and the FTC. Warranty is useless when SouthEast spas doesn't have the will nor means to support the terms and conditions of the contract.
