Custom design, with wetedge surface, and screened enclosure. The pool looks great and I love. I would recommend them again. Only 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: -a couple of pieces of tile were installed chipped -Gave NO hardware documentation, which is causing a HUGE pain when trying to register for the manufacture warranty. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

This pump has an LCD control panel with a cover from the elements...that cover is 2/3 open and can't be closed the way it's mounted...and it's facing straight up into the sun...he showed me that and I said that is not what I want..and I'm not happy....but worse....the pump would not power up, and I was told I needed to get an electrician and Leslie's would come back "under warranty" after I got the electric fixed...I ran and got my meter and showed them there was power and he found they had forgotten to connect one wire inside the housing....I'm not a forceful, no-BS guy...I did not make them yank the whole thing out and do over. I paid my bill...but now doing a slow burn over I almost had a $300 electrician come over and tell me the problem was in the pump...#do not tell me you get what you pay for right now...

We are glad that we did because after almost a full year one of the large jets in the spa broke and pieces appeared in the bottom of our spa. I took the pieces to the store and the owners' son, Ryan Crotty immediately contacted the manufacturer for replacement parts. Unfortunately for me, the parts were back ordered. I waited for over a month. The parts finally came in and this family owned business promptly sent one of their other sons, Marshall, who was also a service technician to fix our spa. Marshall who came over to fix our spa is an expert who took less than 30 minutes to fix our jet. He inspected the other jets as well and said another one other jet needed replacing and promptly replaced it too at no cost to us. There are many spa stores you can buy from. It's not what brand spa you buy, ITS WHO YOU BUY IT FROM THAT MATTERS. We would strongly recommend Hallmark pool and spa for all you pool and spa needs.
