This gringa was very happy with Piñata World! I walked in with my 2 kids looking for some birthday pinatas. The price was so nice we bought 2 pinatas, one for the boys & another for the girls. We got two of the pre-made star shape pinatas. My kids wanted certain characters on their pinatas that they didn't have ready to go. I bought balloons here at around 3 yesterday and by 9 they were dead. I called the store and the woman said that they don't last more than a day, guess what lady it was only 6 hours. She didn't offer an apology or an exchange, she kept saying they only last one day, then changed it up and said they wouldn't last for more than 2 days. Whatever! The salesperson, I can't remember his name, ordered a custom made black and red dragon ( which was 4 ft tall). The price was $30 and was worth every penny!!!! The location is VERY sketchy, so don't linger, get your piñata and leave. I walked into this store with the expectation that I would be walking out with some piñata that was somehow car related but not specifically Hot Wheels. I dealt with Blanca and my overall experience was good. I rented 1 jumper and 1 table. Price was decent and the items were cleaned, in good shape and condition. I also went to the shop once and bought some candies. There is this 1 guy in the store and his customer service is not good both in person and/or on the phone. For some reason, he will asnwer to your question oddly and will talk really slow with low volume and make customer ask him to repeat whatever he says. Very annoying and frustrating. Avoid him and ask for Blanca for a pleasant A to Z experience. The store has basic party stuff but seems like they can order almost anything you want if they don't have it already. Just ask Blanca! It looks like they are more famous for a custom made Pinata's! Please note that this shop will not provide any kind of permit or insurance if you happen to need one for whatever reason! The jumper delivery guy was 15 mins late so I called Blanca and right away she sorted out the problem. She and the driver told me that they were in fact on time and did call me from the parking lot to find out where exactly picnic area was. Unfortunately, I never received any call/missed call even though I had my cell phone the entire time. So not sure who is right or wrong. Anyway, the delivery guy, Marco, was nice, polite, and friendly. I had no problem at all with him beside the language barrier. He was Hispanic and doesn't speak good English so there were times when he was not understanding what I was asking him to do/show etc. Nothing serious though! He was right on time for pick up though. I also got the generator with the jumper because the party was in the park. The generator was loud. Now make sure to either watch the delivery guy or tell him to show you everything from the beginning of the setup and running so that if the generator turned off for some reason you know exactly what to do. Delivery guy only showed me the gas tank, when to check, and how to fill by himself. I then asked him on how to turn it off and only then he showed me that. Now I did not expect to turn off the generator, but in the middle of the party I had to gave speech and the generator was too loud so I turned it off as it was showed to me earlier. After my speech, however, I hard a time starting the generator since I did not learn that from the guy earlier. Finally, I did start it somehow and then had to hold the jumper from one side (courtesy to my dad for telling me how to do that) only then jumper was finally up and running once again. I took off 1 star because of the unfriendly guy in the store and the jumper being not on time. However, I will definitely recommend and do business with Blanca again! read more

Warning!! If you want your balloons to last don't get them a day before event. I got my balloons here at 6pm in the afternoon and by 10am the next morning they were deflated. I was upset cause I wanted to surprise someone with balloons the morning of since I hate getting stuff last minute. I spoke to someone before leaving my experience on yelp and she said most of the latex balloons will last between 4-6 hours. Also depending on the weather. I would have gone to Party City and gotten my balloons there since I know they would have lasted. read more

Horrible!! If I was given the choice for Zero stars, that would be my rating. I walk in with my boyfriend, the cashier doesn't even acknowledge us or ask if we have a question or need any help. We head to the back where we can purchase our balloons. There, a guy was restocking supplies and clearly sees us standing and he doesn't even ask us if we need help. After a minute he tells us that we need to wait for the cashier to come and help us. So we wait and when the cashier gets to the back she's re-doing a previous customers ballon (it had a hole). My boyfriend and I are still waiting and she doesn't even acknowledge us at all AGAIN. After 3 minutes of her chatting with the guy, she finally asks us if we needed any help. We say yes, (obviously we weren't standing there just to admire your piñatas) and that we would like to purchase a dozen balloons. She then replies what type of balloons with no sense of care in the world. We ask what are the differences in sizes and prices. Again, she is just blunt and has no customer service at all. By that point we've had enough of this store's "customer service" and wanting to actually sell items. I am never going to this store again, terrible business. This is what lacks in many small business stores, no motivation in wanting to keep customers to come back. This business didn't just have one bad associate, it had multiple associates who are careless of their customers which is why I decided to make a bad review and letting the rest know what type of services you'll get here. read more

After calling Cervantes party supply for several days, and no one pick up the phone I decided to Call Piñata Wold a few days before my party to see if they rent helium tanks. A nice lady named Blanca answered the phone and gave me pricing and explained how the pick up and drop off of tanks worked. A day before our party we picked up helium tank and all went well, it gets even better.... I work long hours and don't always leave early, my party was on Sunday and it was already Tuesday and I still had the tank, I called Blanca informed her what as going on and she was totally great about it! Dropped off late Tuesday night and she gave me my deposit back! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I will wait using them for all my rental and party needs!
