She returned to speak to the lady back there. The girl returned and said something about her being busy. I figured she might come out but stood there waiting and nothing. If she's there why couldn't come out to speak to a customer? I thought about asking for the manager but frankly I was annoyed by the poor service. I arrived about 5:15 and left at 5:20 today, March 17, 2026. Will never step foot inside this store ever again. I will drive into Houston & visit the one off Wayside or Crosstimbers where they have always had outstanding customer service.
