All she did was insist that her employee did the right thing and warn me to bring in my receipt next time. When I told her he should've stated I'd be getting a card she snarkily retorted, "It's all right there on the back of your receipt." LOL Yo this girl was buggin'. Picked her up today, and this short, obnoxious associate stated they will not groom my dog again because, get this, "she lays down while trying to groom her." They also refused to do her nails for the same reason. I contacted a groomer in Cary who said they'd never heard of that as a complaint. Even though it is much more, I'll be taking my girl to a professional groomer out here.

In addition to training, Hazel also has stayed with Lateria when we go out of town. She always comes back happy, clean, and tired from playing. Melissa and Stacey were his primary caregivers. They looked after our sweet boy with such care, showering him with love and treats while we were at work. They always sent the sweetest pictures of him and updated us with how he was doing. On two occasions BCPS looked after him while we were out of town. They accommodated our timeframe requests for the number of visits we wanted him to have, administered his medication, catered to his picky eating habits, and showered him with lots of love. BCPS always had excellent communication and put us at ease when we were on trips. When our boy passed away last year, BCPS grieved along with us and sent the sweetest sympathy card in the mail. It meant so much. When the time is right, we will adopt another dog and will absolutely work with BCPS again. They are amazing.

Everything from nicknames to hiding spots to what day our trash pickup was! The owner Stacey came out to meet our dog and see our space. She was awesome, and I felt so comfortable leaving her organization in charge. Jenn was our assigned sitter and she went above and beyond! Our dog loved her (I could tell by the amazing photos she shared on every visit!) and she was great about communication. She took into consideration his special needs and cared for him so well! It was such a relief, as a caretaker for an elderly dog, to have a couple of nights away and not worry about him. I will DEFINITELY be using Bull City Pet Sitting in the future!

I was kind of embarrassed when I set up this appointment for my mini schnauzer because it's been so…read morelong since she's had a proper grooming and my hack job just wasn't cutting it but Clippendales was unfazed and handled her like a champ. Finding a good groomer is difficult and finding one in the Covid era that didn't have a two month waiting list even harder but they were able to get me in in just over a week. I've never tried a mobile groomer before but I liked that they came to you and they could meet your dog on their territory and you can even walk them into their grooming mobile to get them settled. It's a nice set up that runs on a generator and they have their own water so no hook up needed. Our groomer was Lindsay and she was really sweet and Liesel probably would have gone home with her. About an hour or so, she was washed, groomed and she managed to cut her nails which is not easy because she hates it with a passion. She smells good, looks good and you can see her pretty puppy dog eyes now. I have no problem recommending this service unequivocally. Clippendales to the rescue!
