UPDATE:
I didn't finish reading your response yet but have to point out a lie you made out and right - you did say bring it inside, BTW, for me, a more polite way should be 'bring HIM inside'. You didn't say 'you will take care of him'. Don't lie anymore.
I don't want to read your comments anymore. No sincerity whatsoever.

I regret to say that my experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing, and I feel it's important to share for others who may be considering their services. I had high hopes for the care my dogs would receive after waiting a month for an appointment. However, I was left feeling uncomfortable and concerned for their well-being.
I have two dogs, and my boy, in particular, can be a handful and has a tendency to run off. To ensure his safety, I parked in front of the store and tied his leash to a rail outside. I also mentioned to the woman who came to the door (presumably Pam, though I'm not sure) I have two and I am rushing to get my another one out of the car and not leaving her alone in the car too long. Instead of offering help or acknowledging my concern, she coldly told me not to "tie" my dogs there, which felt condescending and dismissive.
Her repeated use of the word "tie" was especially aggravating, as it didn't feel like she understood or cared about my concern. While she continued talking, I pointed out that my other dog was sitting in the car alone, but she didn't acknowledge that either. It was a very off-putting interaction that made me question whether I could trust this business to care for my dogs.
To top it off, as I was leaving, she murmured something along the lines of, 'I'm not the customer she wanted,' which further solidified how little regard she had for me or my pets. This complete lack of empathy and professionalism left me questioning whether I could trust this business to take proper care of my animals.
I'm glad that I made the right decision on the scene not to patron this business and find another place that would treat my dogs with the care and respect they deserve, especially I reiterated my experience with my colleagues when I had to bring my dogs to the office. Award-winning? How many years ago? Really a joke. I strongly advise caution when considering this business for your pets. read more
