When I arrived I parked across the street and immediately noticed a significant dent above the drivers side tire. The dent had a black stain, which felt like grease when I wiped it. I also notice footprints on the bumper. This damage was not there before I bought the truck in, it clearly occurred while the truck was in their care. Juan, the technician claim the dent was already there. The receptionist stated the shop has cameras and they would be reviewed. There were no visible license or information identifying the owner or manager. The receptionist said the manager is Silvano and he would return my call on Monday. When I called on Monday Juan answered, was rude and unprofessional. He refuse to provide the owners name or accept any responsibility for the damage or explain the footprints on the bumper. In good faith I brought my truck in for service. After 4 days I expected the repairs to be completed-not for my truck to be damaged and stepped on. I do not recommend this business. I strongly advise videoing your vehicle. Delgado has refused to take accountability for the damages caused while the truck was in their possession.

I was able to get the car to our home in Bridgeport, but I knew that I needed to get it looked at soon. I took the Jeep into Citywide Transmissjon based on solid reviews and the fact that it is less than two blocks from our home. The staff there immediately went to work, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and for much, much less $$$ than I expected. The staff also had some suggestions about other things we could do in the future. At no point did they upsell, and I was very pleased with the service. So, why only two stars? Two weeks after I picked up our Jeep, I received an envelope in the mail from the City of Chicago---an automated parking ticket, complete with a picture of my Jeep parked illegally across the street from Citywide while they had it in their care. It happens, the City's parking camera trucks are like ninjas that sneak up and take pictures before you even know you were there. I have no doubt that Citywide only left the Jeep there for a minute. But that was enough, and now I was out $75. I went into Citywide, showed them the ticket, they made a copy, and they promised to make it right. I left, reassured, and hopeful that I had found a repair shop for the future. That was in August. I've since gone into the shop two more times, left voice mails, and called several times, trying to get this taken care. It's now January 2019, and I've gotten nowhere. Sure, $75 isn't the end of the world, but if Citywide isn't willing to make this right, and if parking tickets are a risk I'm going to have to assume to get repairs there, then I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Which is too bad, because I really liked the shop and the people there.
