If you're deciding to go to this shop read this fully first. Absolute garbage shop. I would never…read morego here. If you have any high end car, especially a German I would not take it here. If you want it done right this is not the place. I would say if your car doesn't have rust on it I wouldnt take it here. Took my car here to get my exhaust done and the owner first of all came up with a random price. They never measured anything and the parts weren't even looked over since if they did measure or check the parts they would know one of the parts were faulty and not to start, very unprofessional for a exhuast shop that deals with tons of after market exhausts. They then cut a perfectly good pipe instead of the broken one so the broken one can fit. On my car there were two braces that hold the old exhaust and also fit to hold my new one as told in the website I bought from. They somehow put my exhaust on so it wouldn't even fit. I took it to another shop 5 months later to do some adjusts and an actual professional shop told me the damage that was done to my car. They told me the welds were terrible and that the shop should've measured the exhaust in first. I went under the car myself and felt leaks everywhere. I saw the welds when ace mufflers finished my exhaust but I didn't know how it shouldve looked like and was never under the car when It was running to feel the leak. I mean there were leaks everywhere, every connection to a pipe there was a leak THIS EXHUAST SHOP DOENST EVEN KNOW HOW TO DO WHAT THEY ARE MEANT TO DO. If they reply to my review they will most likely say I'm lying. There are plenty of other shops out there. Go to a shop that isn't a one name shop, since they don't have any higher up, no receipts they give you, no invoices, nothing for you to show them so you can get a refund for the shitty job they did. I also bought my exhaust off of AWE and when I came for them for a refund the owner said "we only do warranty for 90 days for for labor and 1 year for for parts" yeah what parts, the ones I bought? The actual, professional shop I went to told me if the welds were even half decent they would've never cracked even after a year but it's not they they were cracked, it just wasn't fully welded. I asked for a refund but of course ace mufflers are scammers and don't give refunds for their terrible jobs. Take your shop anywhere than here.

I reserved a U-Haul with Ogden Automotive Center weeks in advance of my move. When I got there, the U-Haul was in the parking lot and Ogden Automotive Center was closed (as expected). However, when I opened the app, it let me know that Ogden Automotive Center had not left any instructions at all on how to pick up the keys to the truck. After contacting U-Haul customer support, they let me know that there was nothing they could do to get me a truck from this location. On Sunday, August 23, 2026, I began experiencing difficulty turning the steering wheel of my truck…read more Monday at 9:07am I called Delgado's Auto Service and spoke with the manager, Juan. At first, he told me to bring the truck so they could look at it. He then changed his instructions and told me to bring it in the following morning Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. The next morning, Tuesday, I arrived at approximately 8:15 a.m. The owner George was waiting for me. He told me that he had 50 cars to work on and instructed me to return in two weeks. I explained that I needed the steering problem repaired and that waiting two weeks is not acceptable and too long. I asked if he could give me an appointment or, alternatively, return my money so that I could take my truck somewhere else for repairs. I was shocked when he told me that he would not discuss returning my money unless I first removed the review I had posted back in April 25, 2026 about the visual marks on my truck (my truck had footprints on the bumper and a dent with grease). These issues were extremely concerning, especially because I had brought my vehicle to this business expecting professional service and care. The owner stated that I had a one-year warranty on the repair and parts. However, I believe he is attempting to push the expiration date forward rather than properly address the problem that occurred after the repair for the steering. I asked him to provide me with an appointment or put his statements in writing, he refused and said that he dose not do that. When I took out my camera to record what he was saying, the owner quickly walked out through a side door. I asked the receptionist to tell him that I wanted to speak with him. She returned and told me that he would be out in a minute- the owner never came back. While I was waiting, the receptionist accepted a walk-in customer, minutes later she schedule an appointment for a customer on the phone for service on Friday. At the same time, I could see the owner walking around inside the repair area. Since I was waiting without the owner coming back, I went to the open service bay and mention to him that my family had been bringing our vehicles to his business for years and that he had made money from our continued business and loyalty. So, instead of treating me as a valued, long-time customer, I was treated with disrespect and as if the steering problem was to cost him a ton of money. The steering problem is the result of that day (4-25-26) where the work was done careless or of an inexperienced worker. His workers caused the problem as to why I brought my truck back. Yet the owner refused to inspect the vehicle, provide me with an appointment, or return my money. The cost of the steering repair was $890.00. Since the repair was completed 4 months ago, the owner could have considered refunding a prorated amount. However, the cause was due to the repairs being of poor quality and not properly completed. With the owner's refusal to professionally address my concerns to get the problem resolved in a reasonable amount of time, I respectfully request that this matter be taken seriously and that I receive an appropriate resolution, including consideration of a refund for the $890.00 I paid for the steering repair.

Getting your car fixed is always going to be stressful, and likely costly…read more I had my check engine light come on and made an appointment to come in. I was pretty impressed with how simple the appointment process was online. I when I arrived they got some info and told me it would be about 250 to do a diagnostic test and identify the issue. I left the Keyes and they told me they'd give me a call. After about 30 minutes they called to tell me te they needed to run a more in depth test and it would actually cost $340. Not ideal, but I get that when they go in, things might change. They sent me an email about an hour and a half later with the details of what they needed to fix. I gave them a call and they walked me through ever thing. They were frank about what needed immediate attention and what could maybe wait. I was grateful for the thorough explanation and candid feedback. They finished all the work about an hour ahead of schedule. The car is running super smooth and it seems all issues have been fully resolved. Everyone at the ship was so nice. They all had such a friendly demeanor. I hope I don't have to come back here, but if I have any car issues this will be my go-to shop.
