Good Pilot Travel Center. Reasonable gas prices. Plenty of parking and gas pumps. Large clean store. Arby's next door to the convenience store. Biggest negative for this store is the deceptive sign posted outside that says there is a Dunkin Donuts express location at this travel center. Went inside to find one lonely display case and a Hot Chocolate/Coffee machine. All self-serve. The dunkin donuts display case was completely empty that morning. Very disappointing!! read more

Not friendly to overnighters anymore. We come here every two weeks from June to August for nice showers dinner and a good nights rest. We have never ever once paid to park (last summer or this summer). We were napping in our rig and some man banged on it not once but twice, specifically the hood which is not where security or police or even management knocks.. so after the second time I go inside and I'm told I need to get a ticket to park overnight. I say cool no problem, we're going to buy dinner and showers. I leave my partner to get the ticket and go back to my rig to try to stop shaking (fear from the banging) and about 10 minutes later my partner comes out with a receipt... they made him pay $10 to park in the regular lot, showers and food will still be at full price.. I sent him in to get our money back. He was informed by every employee in there that it's been this way for over a year, at one point the man in there told him it's a new monument law.. it's not. Then told him he doesn't want to sleep there because of all the noise.. like tf? We got the $10 back after another wasted 15 minutes and I personally won't ever stop at this location again. Good job guys, because of greed and wanting $10 to park you lost $50-$250 from just us biweekly; we will not buy gas, showers or food anymore from here. read more

New place is large and airy!! Good prices on gasoline too. There's a wide selection of things a traveler may need, but I didn't get anything but gasoline for my truck. I did utilize the bathrooms which were really amazing and large. This is a really nice rest stop with an attached restaurant and lots of amenities. They even provided a gritty, grease cutting hand soap! read more

Just an FYI...don't waste time stopping here if you're hungry and it's late. We were headed to Albuquerque and stopped around midnight. No hot food. Nothing. And, their area with salads and sandwiches was almost empty. Pretty disappointing! read more

The shower could have been cleaned better. The water pressure was strong but the water didn't get the very hot. The cashier workers are very rude. I don't recommend stopping here unless you have to. read more

To the cagers just passing thru we truck drivers have to sleep and shower at these places and this is mainly our only source of food after our 11 hour drive delivery your goods to places like this that feed you also ... when you can conveniently go thru a drive thru we can't fit our semis in drive thrus so imagine how inconvenient our days our getting foos and here you people are bitching about a salad not being available at a trick stop lol uhh that's a good thing you didn't find a salad at midnight woman because pilots new motto is pf fresh so ....... think about it ... my 3 star review is because showers are always freezing here read more

BUYER BEWARE...Pilot Travel Center at 15455 Terrazzo in Monument places $151 hold on your card in addition to your gas purchase for 24 hours!!! So since its after hours - that money will not be available until Wednesday This is the ONLY Pilot - let alone fuel stop - that I have ever had this happen in multiple states. When I asked they said it's because they have truckers - who fill up on their own pumps on the opposite of the station. They agreed it should be notated BEFORE you slide your card. I can't tell you how many times in my life that this $150 would have devastated me - declining my card for dinner or a hotel with the kids. Very nice upgraded pit stop tuck stop area with a variety of food options, parts, and a driver lounge and shower for truck drivers.

Super cheap and great accessibility. There is only one place in Monument to get cheaper gas but it is off the highway. I would give a 5 but we will go with a 4.5. 2 of the last 5 times the same creepy white camper has been parked outside and the guy asks me for gas. Both times saying he needed fuel, "to get out of Colorado". For you bleeding hearts, I gave him gas both times. Everything is super clean and functioning. There is always windshield washing fluid and paper towels...(something you rarely see at gas stations.) If you go inside, lines can get a bit long in the morning between 0800-0900. This is my go to for gas in El Paso county along I25. read more

Stopped here as a trucker for nice clean shower yesterday afternoon. Woke up at 12:30-1am to wash my face before leaving. Men's restroom was almost filthy. Needed cleaning. Concession area was just as bad. Needed cleaning and swept and mopped bad. I know there was at least 2-3 employees there. My company has a contract with pilot/flying j for discounts. Guess I need to pass this on to our fuel Dept. read more

We went to the Arby's. Service was great but the cup we were provided was dirty and had a hair In the bottom.

I have only stopped for fuel and each time they are out of pump printer paper or the pumps say see cashiers due to the pumps not working correctly. I guess it three strikes and their out. I will not use them. They get 1 star for covalence. read more
