We had few things purchased to be sent to India and I used ParcelMonkey service to get the best deal based on the weight of the item and the dimension of box required and then picked Fedex from the list of services. First I had to go there in person to visually check on the different sizes of boxes they offered in order to plan the packing. This location being close to home, it wasn't difficult to quickly get there just for a box checking. The staff was quite nice and she asked me to just take home a medium and large box for free when I was in a fix. I got back home, packed the stuff, printed the shipping label and customs forms and got back here the next day. They honored the ParcelMonkey offer and the checkout was as smooth as a silk and I had to just drop off the parcel.
