I started using this post office for about 4 months and my packages go missing my mail doesn't get delivered and if it does the carrier puts it on top of the mailbox. Now I receive mail every 3-4 days maybe , They leave the mail in house because my route doesn't have a regular mail carrier. So when my mail comes it's a lot of mail. At this time I'm waiting for important mail and this place is so bad informed delivery isn't available because it's so dysfunctional. I have called about 6 times to put in complaint about all of these issues. So one when I walked in the post master was in the lobby assisting people and she called me over to help me , she said she would call this post office and find when, what, why and gave me the number to her secretary.
