There are two places where there were shreds of wood on the corner. I was unpacking boxes that were supposed to be books they packed, and I got about halfway through one box and discovered that they threw two glass shadowbox frames in with the books. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Even novice movers know you don't put glass frames at the bottom of a box of books!!!! I'm seriously afraid to see what else got damaged in the numerous boxes I have yet to unpack. It's pathetic.

I brought in some large paintings to be shipped. They still weren't done. I was told he was too busy to do it today, and could do it tomorrow. I would have to leave them there, but not know what it cost until after he boxed it. Of course I said no and said I have to use someone else. He said OK and helped me leave with the paintings and said have a nice day. I've used this place before, and they do a decent job, but it takes entirely too long to finish a transaction and they don't really care if they have your business or not. They supposedly do picture restorations and I have several pictures I am restoring, but I will take my business to the camera store in Midland Park. I will also take my shipping needs somewhere else. It was a total waste of my time today. There are too many businesses in the area who actually want your business so why spend all of this time with a business that is mismanaged.

The associates only know their specific department and suggest items that are totally incompatible with other components - even when you are buying them at the same time. They want you to be able to build and customize your computer yet they sell you a bunch of items that do not even work together. The online tech support told me to order a specific adapter and it is a good thing I asked to confirm at the store because I was told I need something else. That one does not work either. The associates are nice but I am about to return two brand new computers and the additional devices and products and never set foot in that place again because once again, they have either sold me the wrong thing or have left out critical pieces needed to use my devices despite me asking several times if this would be all I need. Save yourself a lot of time and go anywhere else.

Although we had issues before, we were able to work them out. They just don't care about their customers anymore. They now rent linen as well sell them. Which, is not a problem. Unless, they try to pass it off as new. I order 2 cases of a certain size tablecloth that I paid up front as a purchase for NEW not used items. Being in the linen service industry for well over 30 years and having knowledge of fabrics and threads. I can tell when something has been washed or used to be clearer. I received my order 2 days before I need to send to my client. As my production department is inspecting items. They noticed there was a pronounce crease right in the center of each one of the cloths so further inspection was made and they were DIRTY! Not a little dirt from dragging fabric as they are sewn dirty. NO! These are food stains that did not come off after a wash. The edges were worn off with lint on threads on the merrow. I call Stella in customer service and she tells me that since the linen came from China. The crease in the middle is made because the fabric is not big enough so they have to fold it? That made no sense. She probably thought I meant seam. If anything, there would be a fold because the fabric is too big. I say "Okay. what about the stains and the worn-out edges?" She said "We would NEVER send anything like that" and requested for me to send her pictures and she would checked with manager. So she came back with a 10% discount. I am not looking for a discount Stella! I need to you to replace the linen with what I promised my client. What I paid for and was supposed get in the first place. There was not enough time to have them replaced so told them I would send them back after my clients event. They were used anyway. She said she would check with Roger and some other name she gave me. Who are the owners of the company and get back to me. Her words when she called me backs? No. I'm sorry she emailed me. Not called me. Well, here are the emails. We are delivering to her tomorrow and will not get them back until next Wednesday. But I expect this to be rectified on your end. I promised her new linen and this is not it. I have been attempting to contact this company since the day I received my order, no response. Walmart also sent them a msg- no response. So unless you are 100% certain that you want to keep what you buy from here- no matter what- STAY AWAY--DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is inexcusable to not even as much as send a reply.
