I brought in some large paintings to be shipped. They couldn't tell me how much it would be until…read morethey were wrapped and weighed, so I left them there and came back an hour later (he said come back in 15, but I gave them an hour). They still weren't done. I was told he was too busy to do it today, and could do it tomorrow. I would have to leave them there, but not know what it cost until after he boxed it. Of course I said no and said I have to use someone else. He said OK and helped me leave with the paintings and said have a nice day. I've used this place before, and they do a decent job, but it takes entirely too long to finish a transaction and they don't really care if they have your business or not. They supposedly do picture restorations and I have several pictures I am restoring, but I will take my business to the camera store in Midland Park. I will also take my shipping needs somewhere else. It was a total waste of my time today. There are too many businesses in the area who actually want your business so why spend all of this time with a business that is mismanaged.
