Disappointed. They sell their rental items as if new and call you a liar if you call them out on it. I've been ordering from this company for many years. Although we had issues before, we were able to work them out. They just don't care about their customers anymore. They now rent linen as well sell them. Which, is not a problem. Unless, they try to pass it off as new. I order 2 cases of a certain size tablecloth that I paid up front as a purchase for NEW not used items. Being in the linen service industry for well over 30 years and having knowledge of fabrics and threads. I can tell when something has been washed or used to be clearer. I received my order 2 days before I need to send to my client. As my production department is inspecting items. They noticed there was a pronounce crease right in the center of each one of the cloths so further inspection was made and they were DIRTY! Not a little dirt from dragging fabric as they are sewn dirty. NO! These are food stains that did not come off after a wash. The edges were worn off with lint on threads on the merrow. I call Stella in customer service and she tells me that since the linen came from China. The crease in the middle is made because the fabric is not big enough so they have to fold it? That made no sense. She probably thought I meant seam. If anything, there would be a fold because the fabric is too big. I say "Okay. what about the stains and the worn-out edges?" She said "We would NEVER send anything like that" and requested for me to send her pictures and she would checked with manager. So she came back with a 10% discount. I am not looking for a discount Stella! I need to you to replace the linen with what I promised my client. What I paid for and was supposed get in the first place. There was not enough time to have them replaced so told them I would send them back after my clients event. They were used anyway. She said she would check with Roger and some other name she gave me. Who are the owners of the company and get back to me. Her words when she called me backs? No. I'm sorry she emailed me. Not called me. Well, here are the emails. So unprofessional good thing there are other companies to get linen from. By the way. I'm still waiting for my check of the 25% discount. Please avoid the stress and stay away from this company. They will do nothing to rectify their mistakes.

Here are pictures of the imperfections on the Duchess Satin in Ice Pink we received yesterday afternoon. To my surprise, this is what I found on all linen. These are not NEW linens. You sent me used items and charged me as if they were new. I'm just surprised. I know fabric and these are washed, used, snagged and dirty linens.
In any case. I have to use these for my client. We are delivering to her tomorrow and will not get them back until next Wednesday. But I expect this to be rectified on your end. I promised her new linen and this is not it.
Please send me the new linen that I was supposed to get in the first place and I paid for. Please also send me return labels for the ones I have now so I can return them back to you next week.
As you can see the first image show the edging has been rubbed on several times. That is not new sewing. The rest of the images show snags, stains and
1 had a sticker on it that once we removed it, glue residue was left on that spot.

When I spoke to you yesterday, I clarified that these tablecloths are not used, we would never send our customer used tablecloths as you mentioned.
Unfortunately you do not give us the opportunity to see the tablecloths and personally inspect what you are mentioned in this email.
Because you are going to use them, you cannot return them; we can only offer you a 10% discount.
Another option would be you will send the tablecloths only to change the merrow thread.
