On my drive home stopped in. 35 minutes before they closed for the night. Washed and then dry like normal. so I'm now at like 25 minutes before they close maybe it doesn't take long to wash when they're not busy there's myself and another gentleman on the other side of the aisle drying and vacuuming his car. I have the membership because I go maybe like three times a week so my car is relatively clean It's just my husband and I, we have no kids and the dog never goes in the car so it doesn't get really dirty so it doesn't take me long to vacuum!!! I'm literally going from front passenger to rear passenger, hose in hand IN THE MIDDLE OF VACUUMING ALMOST FINISHED BECAUSE I'VE STARTED AT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE PASSENGER, AND I WORKED MY WAY AROUND and finish with the cargo area/trunk whatever ya call it, the 3 dudes working decide that is a good idea to turn off the side of the aisle that I'm vacuuming, literally almost finished. They had sat there and watched me and the other guy, vacuum and dry the whole time because they were not busy they were gonna be closing now we're 20 so maybe 19 minutes OK that's 19 minutes before you close. You don't turn off the goddamn vacuum on a customer who's paying clearly when they watch me go through the tunnel after cleaning the parking lot and being around me and the other gentleman in the car on the other aisle, seeing that I was just about done as I didn't have much more to vacuum I was already dried. I was already washed. I had the hose in my hand. The kid was cleaning up you know gathering towels, and I say hey yo turn on the vacuum kinda looks at me and smirks and says you can go to the other side you know. I was literally speechless like shocked. I didn't know what to say. Are you kidding me???? they're not even close yet not even five minutes from closing. It wasn't like I was there after closing and they were like all right dude time to go. I could understand that. No no I come to this location around the same time three times or so a week because that's what time I'm available and on my way home I was like speechless to him shocked, but that's how they treat customers and I asked a kid what's his name cause I was planning on contacting the manager the next morning and he like beats around the bush. He's like well you know doesn't have a name tag on or I wouldn't have had to ask him then I said OK well, who's the manager? What do you mean I said who's the manager working tomorrow morning? He's like shrug his shoulders. I'm like you don't know who your general manager is sir really OK finally he claims the guy named Sergio but didn't seem too sure. She finally got done and just stood there waiting for me to reach to her side of the counter and get the bag. I must have had a look on my face that was a mixture of annoyance and confusion that she thought that little bag was going to be able to hold that amount of weight. I said "Umm could you double bag that?" So even more slowly she starts and I heard her say, "Why you gotta look at me like that?" I said, "I'm sorry, what?" She replied, "Most people are happy with one bag or they just ask for a second one, so why you gotta look at me like that?" I said nothing until she finally got done, I grabbed the bags and as I started to leave I said, "Maybe it's because you've been incredibly rude this entire time." So when I saw the sign for this location I quickly exited the freeway to fill my tank. The location is right off the exit which was great since I was in a bit of a time crunch to get home. I was able to get gas pretty quick. Unfortunately the location including the lot is quite filthy . The parking lot is a cluster and I had a hard time pulling back out to the street since there was really only one exit and too many trucks/cars etc coming in and trying to leave. Service was decent, but man this place needs some attention and a better exit plan.
