There were so many issues, I can't even list them all. I complained about these issues and nothing was done to fix these issues. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit. They definitely screwed me over and I DO NOT recommend this place.

The weeds are taller than my kids now, and she has complained 6 times, yet they have only weeded her backyard twice. She is so embarrassed to have company over. Walking around the complex, we are not the only ones who have overgrown weed problems. The rest of the place is so clean, it's weird. They say they changed landscaping companies, and it's a miscommunication. A 5-month miscommunication seems unlikely to me. Also, sometimes the trash doesn't get picked up, and it smells pretty bad in this heat. Other than that, they have fixed her dryer vent fast.

To my surprise, I found myself exiting through the pool or fitness area and was unsure of how to leave the premises after 6pm, past closing time. Fortunately, the gate opened and I was able to exit. Personally, based on this experience with the staff, I would not choose to rent here despite the nice housing. I gave a rating of 2 due to the quality of the housing.

I have had pretty good service and even better now since the old manager has been gone. Any maintenance issues have been promptly tended to and concerns addressed. Other than an "ATTITUDE" form a contractor I have been pleased so far. (That plumbing company no longer services this complex, Odd huh) I did have my bicycle stolen from my porch. But, I should have locked it up better and to something structural for sure. That was NOT the complex's fault either. I gave the complex a "4" just because I knew this was not a top of the line complex nor did I expect it to be. However, I feel safe, secure and comfortable here. And this complex is way better than the average "DUMP" in San Diego for four times the rent! I'd recommend this complex to someone.
