Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue was the constant noise. Our neighbors were frequently fighting, slamming doors, and being disruptive at all hours. We reported this to the leasing office multiple times, but nothing was done beyond basic warnings, and the behavior never improved. Maintenance was also very frustrating to deal with. Requests would be submitted, but there was little to no communication about when someone would come or what the status was. Most of the time, you wouldn't hear anything until the day they showed up, which made it hard to plan around. The cleanliness of the property was another major problem. There was often pet waste left around the buildings, and the dog park was especially bad. Trash in that area wasn't consistently taken out, leading to strong, unpleasant odors. I also had a very concerning experience involving someone connected to the leasing manager, Esther. After our car was hit, we found out the person responsible did not have insurance and still attempted to shift the blame onto us, which added a lot of unnecessary stress. Lastly, don't expect to get your full deposit back. We were charged for cleaning and carpet fees regardless, which felt excessive. Overall, while the view was nice, the ongoing issues with noise, maintenance, cleanliness, and management made this a disappointing place to live. I would not recommend it.

Having to move out of your house due to sale since 2000 (Y2K) is bad enough and finding a NON Hotel to save funds for the next home is crucial. Well our experience with our small dog was nothing but great the leasing person she helped us get it together and gave us insight on how to better find a temporary place that we love and not so shocking from our new home we had! Actually it was better ! ALot more electronics and advance tech that we did NOT have just miles northwest of here. SO NEW and SO CLOSE to everything as we did have. We liked the care put into our new apartment, no one else had lived in this one. AND it met our needs with OUT the shock of a overbusy apartment community we chose! Sorry we forget to Yelp so busy in our transfering and moving again to our new home. We just wanted to say how great ALL the Staff was during our six month stay and how gorgeous the place was NOT just inside our apartment home but the whole community, we did use a garage and paid extra, but worth every penny! It made our life much easier during our transition. The Maintenance service folks were great, even the lawn grounds guys were nice and greeted us during our stay. Moving and moving again isnt fun, but they all took the stress out and made us feel welcomed while there. Even neighbors were nice and said hello just like our Dove Ranch community. We didn't expect such a great rental period at an apartment community but P85 Courtland at P83 and the grounds and office folks were just tremendously helpful, even during our mail changeover and not many people were here still so new, buy made it more than liveable. Update- The place has rats running around putting people health at risk, 2 rats were in my ceiling…read moreattic and 2 more found outside on the patio. The vinyl is cheap and tears easy. I lived there for 6 yrs and had normal wear and tear plus whoever lived in there before me had the same vinyl because it looked used then. They charged me for all the vinyl as if it need to be replaced when only one area needed replaced and they said the entire carpet needed replacement when all they had to do was clean the carpet which cost 30.99 per room and deep clean a pot in the closet which cost 49.99. Instead they chose to take my entire $900 deposit saying they needed to remove everything (LIES). Lieing saying it cost them all this money to clean and repair when I have pictures which I'll post later. They look for reasons to take your money don't move there. The train at night or in the mourning is annoying. The rats running around risk of rabies from possibly getting bite especially for small children. They are using a parking spot.. I repeat a parking spot as a basketball court! Then complain about the teenagers running around making noise when there's no place to hang out. They were supposed to give me a 90 day notice before termination of lease but FAILED and only gave me 60 days which made it harder to find a suitable and better place to live. The pool has many people getting sick due to the build up of bacteria. They dont care about the tenets they care about money and how much they can get from you when you move out. My advice find a better place with people who care and offer free carpet cleaning as an incentive to stay each year so you not left footing the bill for a new carpet they could clean but would rather remove all so they can get more money from you. Never trust Corporations they not for the people they are against you.
