In 2 days of being there, I found a roach in my 2 year olds crib (while she was sleeping in it). Another one in my closet. The toilet was broken and wouldn't stop running. The whole apartment reeked of weed. I tried to air it out, light candles, spray room sprays.. nothing worked. The smell was in the vents. No getting away from it. There were so many issues, I can't even list them all. I complained about these issues and nothing was done to fix these issues. They told me a pest guy would come spray the apartment but no one showed and then they told me I had to wait a week for him to come back as he only comes on Thursday. The apartment was so awful, my daughter and I had to leave. I wasnt going to have her be in an apartment with roaches. Because I wanted to break my lease due to the conditions of the apartment and lack of effort to fix the issues, they're now trying to charge me $5k to break the lease when I was in the apartment for a total of 3 days which has now led to a lawsuit. They definitely screwed me over and I DO NOT recommend this place.

I have had numerous problems within the last 2 years of me living here and now this?? Even after new management change?? I have never once been told I couldn't have my deposit back. This complex and company is a scam. I will be reviewing and reviewing more and more until your guys reviews drop so low again. I'm the reason your guys business went in the tank the last few years. Reviews matter. I'm disgusted with this greed hungry company. Either give me my deposit or I will take this to court. I already have multiple things against this apartment complex with proof. You guys are thieves and I want MY deposit back. I left my apartment looking spotless and new (considering how it looked before). I will be reaching out further to settle this issue. I looked both in my inbox and junk. Nothing. So I sent a message in the portal that day or shortly after. I have YET to receive a message or call. I sent another message regarding this on October 1st or 2nd. Never got anything back. I have no clue what they're talking about nor do I have proof of what they are talking about. I sent them THREE messages in the portal today and still haven't heard back. This is ridiculous. They've changed the resident app 3 times since I've been here and this is by far the worst one. I can't even see the sent messages or anything. Second. This is now the 2nd year in a row I've had an issue with them charging me for renters insurance when I have it. When I moved in Erika Martin gave me the PO Box to have them send it to. That's where it went last year. I thought there was some issue. The complex paid me most of what they owed me back but not all of it. There was several months I paid last year for rental insurance with them when I already had it through a diff company, so i double paid when I should not have had to. Either they lost my document or the address for where it needs to go to has changed which means i was not informed. That would mean it's not my fault. The fault lies on the apartment complex. I will not be paying the $15 for renters insurance. I have a letter from my renters insurance company stating they sent it to y'all on AUGUST 27th.

The area seems clean and safe and I have not had any unpleasant experiences. The pool is heated in the winter and the location is very convenient. It is not the cheapest apartment in the area, but it is by far the nicest. I especially like having a private backyard and the tall ceilings give a feeling of spaciousness. Good insulation mean I don't hear my neighbor or spend much on heating during the winter. I also appreciate the maintenance people who are pleasant and efficient.

Ed was the best this place had. We continue to pay high prices monthly but never get our backyard trimmed or blown out from leaves, mind you we pay for it every month, never had any weeds sprayed in our backyard which we pay for, and the ladies at the front office basically called my wife a liar after saying the gardeners have been in our yard and trimmed recently. My tree in the backyard is throwing up gang signs for how overgrown it is. We will be moving out of here asap and I don't not recommend this location to anyone for any price

Their last comment makes it seem like they care about their disrespect towards their tenants when in reality you pay about 2000 a month and when I called them to discuss their egregious error they basically told me it was already done and offered no solution or attempt to make up for their horrible service. I wanted to highlight this so there's no confusion when reading the comments and ratings concerning the service. In fact the first one can serve as the time the maintenance guy came to fix stuff and threw all my stuff around and broke stuff in front of my face which I should of reported but hey I'm nice and that won't be happening ever again now cause when you give an inch they take a mile here, and this can serve for when I told them the day they sent out the email advising maintenance service updates happening and I requested them to make sure that I was present since I didn't trust their person anymore and then I got to watch in horror on the ring camera them enter my place and do who knows what while I wasn't there. I'm a yelp elite I say this from my whole platform I don't intend to renew after my one lease ends likely and I regret signing on for a longer than 12 month lease. One of the worst places I have lived based on the poor communication and cost in comparison to similar offerings available.

I really thought my only options were gonna be dilapidated, roach-infested, in the slums of Phoenix, or some combination of the three. Enter Nora and Prestige realty. First of all, she's the absolute sweetest. Throughout the process, she never made me feel judged or like I was a lost cause. Her whole demeanor was so uplifting, she seemed excited to help me and that made me feel excited, too. She pulled up several options in my budget & that would work with my credit, options I didn't even know existed! We settled on a beautiful, renovated studio in the downtown area, I applied and got approved within an hour. When I tell you I got in my vehicle and cried the happiest of tears. I never thought I'd see the day! I'll be recommending everyone, literally everyone, I know to Prestige Realty and especially to Nora. I now have a beautiful, cozy little home that I would have never found on my own and I can't thank her enough. Try this place, seriously. You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

The most receptive and professional long-term office and maintenance staff I have ever experienced (I have lived in many apartments). Anything you need they will quickly make it right. Entire staff are super nice & professional and always follows up. Big beautiful heated, clean pool & deck with gas bbqs along with hot tub plus a well-stocked gym (full sets of free weights and machines) bbq ramadas everywhere (cleaned regularly). Having maintenance backwash the pool daily and add cool water now in the hot months isn't going unnoticed and management's concern for their tenants enjoyment helps residents cool off. It's so refreshing! It also keeps the pool cleaner. It's very much appreciated! My previous apt that I rented here never this did this and I am sure most don't. Clean and spacious dog park and playground too. The tenants are friendly and respectful of each other (no riff raff) and quiet. My apartment at move-in was very well-cleaned. Carpet, paint, appliances all in good shape. The maintenance manager David and his staff are excellent. The maintenance and office team are on property 7 days a week - where can you find that anymore? They really take maintain and take care of Ora. Have repeatedly contacted ORA to request all these automated messages stop but they persist.
