They say they changed landscaping companies, and it's a miscommunication. A 5-month miscommunication seems unlikely to me. But there's only 3 of them. I've been on the waiting list for over three months to get a spot that's less than a mile away from my house. They have towed my car twice out of this complex instead of talking to me first I have a child with a disability and it's very hard for me to walk a mile to my unit every single day when I called the front desk to confront them I was met with complete rudeness by everyone that works there except for Shayla. The manager was so rude to me about this parking situation telling me that she weighs 90 pounds and has five children and to essentially get over it and get crafty with walking a mile to ur door. The woman does not know about my children's disability and could keep her comments to herself. This is not how you treat your residents who have to live here. I also have neighbors here who harassed me and who watch me park in a handicap spot/ park by the garbage while I unload my groceries and get kids situated sometimes it takes 45mins- hr. Well yesterday some body called the tow truck on me for parking "illegally" I was only there for an hour.
