I have had pretty good service and even better now since the old manager has been gone. Any maintenance issues have been promptly tended to and concerns addressed. Other than an "ATTITUDE" form a contractor I have been pleased so far. (That plumbing company no longer services this complex, Odd huh) I did have my bicycle stolen from my porch. But, I should have locked it up better and to something structural for sure. That was NOT the complex's fault either. I gave the complex a "4" just because I knew this was not a top of the line complex nor did I expect it to be. However, I feel safe, secure and comfortable here. And this complex is way better than the average "DUMP" in San Diego for four times the rent! I'd recommend this complex to someone.

Every time a new team took over, we had to start all over again because the new staff didn't seem to have any record of what the previous team told us. We also dealt with ongoing cockroach issues in multiple units we lived in. Pest control came out many times, but the problem never fully went away based on our experience. It was stressful trying to manage that while also keeping my young son's space as clean and safe as possible. Maintenance did what they could, but some of the bigger issues in our apartment were never fixed while we lived there. For example, after a pipe burst in the unit behind us, our bathroom cabinet was water-damaged for most of our time in that unit. Each management team we spoke to told us it would be addressed after we moved out as part of future renovations. When we moved out, we were charged for several items that we believed were either normal wear and tear or pre-existing conditions. Because the management teams changed so frequently and pre-move-in documentation wasn't consistent, it has been difficult to get clear answers about which charges were actually tenant-related. If you do plan on moving here, my biggest recommendation is to get everything in writing. With constant management turnover, written communication is the only thing that stays consistent. Based on our personal experience, if you're looking for stability, reliable communication, and consistent follow-through, this may not be the right fit.

She's more than just an an agent and again just goes above and beyond to help the residents. However, i believe her full power can not be shown due to management, they do help you with promise to pays if not able to pay rent on time, but you can only make 2 payments for that which i think is a bit dramatic considering a person is already struggling paying rent and only giving them 2 days to pay that off. Ashley, one of the managers there, she's okay, could work on her people skills more and everytime i've seen her she seems to always have a RBF which i think isn't a good trait to have especially working in the field she's in where she deals with people on a regular. I thinks it's also ridiculous that they are opened on weekends but there is never any management there that works on the weekend ( they have 2 managers) , which only allows their agents certain access to certain things, they are open during the week but their hours are the hours everyone is usually at work so really the only time i had to go down the the office was on the weekends but my things would prolong more than what they should because management isn't in the weekends so i have to way 2 more days to here back from anyone. There was one occasion were I walked into the office and asked a question and the staff just looked at me with a blank look on their faces. Also, you will notice that the entire office staff closes the office for a one hour lunch. The leasing agent at the office where I leased at actually held off on her lunch to assist me and made sure all of my questions were answered. It was a very clear difference between night and day. As far as the actual conditions of the apartment that I am now renting, I feel like I am renting a small house! There is even a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Oh, by the way, my rent is over $100.00 cheaper!!!
