Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue was the constant noise. Our neighbors were frequently fighting, slamming doors, and being disruptive at all hours. We reported this to the leasing office multiple times, but nothing was done beyond basic warnings, and the behavior never improved. Maintenance was also very frustrating to deal with. Requests would be submitted, but there was little to no communication about when someone would come or what the status was. Most of the time, you wouldn't hear anything until the day they showed up, which made it hard to plan around. The cleanliness of the property was another major problem. There was often pet waste left around the buildings, and the dog park was especially bad. Trash in that area wasn't consistently taken out, leading to strong, unpleasant odors. I also had a very concerning experience involving someone connected to the leasing manager, Esther. After our car was hit, we found out the person responsible did not have insurance and still attempted to shift the blame onto us, which added a lot of unnecessary stress. Lastly, don't expect to get your full deposit back. We were charged for cleaning and carpet fees regardless, which felt excessive. Overall, while the view was nice, the ongoing issues with noise, maintenance, cleanliness, and management made this a disappointing place to live. I would not recommend it.

I will say when I first moved in I did have a lot of complications. They refused to answer my emails as well as my calls and it took me about two months to get an apartment, therefore I didn't get two months free or any of the benefits which would've really helped me. The person who had my case wasn't working due to personal issues and the other employee denied assisting me and she worked there for a while so I assume she wasn't held accountable. But they got new employees and they're really good at their job. They even helped me with my cox communication when cox was being really annoying. I was also scared that I wasn't gonna get my full deposit back because of one of the Yelp reviews I had read but I did indeed get my full deposit back.

The wooden floors and granite counter tops are easy to clean and look nice. I myself have a nice unit with a view but it depends on the unit you get. They give everyone fobs to open the gate and elevator which makes it very secure however it's a very safe neighborhood. It's very luxurious compared to what I had in California and it costs way less. It's right across the street from Westgate entertainment district which has many things to do and most of them are pretty good. I really enjoy living here. I was not paid to write this review.

Great amenities and the apartment I rented was a one bedroom one bath. It was completely brand new the time that I moved in. I was the first to live there. The staff, not management, but the actual leasing consultants are all amazing. They always worked diligently whenever I had issues which were not much and always professional. The maintenance staff was so professional and always were on time when they said they were going to be at the apartment to fix an issue. Kudos to a great team. Once again, I'm not talking about management. My rating above as a three is due to the staff amenities and all that this community has to offer. Now why I didn't give it. A five star rating is the time that I moved out. I followed the checklist as provided by the leasing office. Did my own paint touchups and so forth. I am a clean freak so of course I made sure the apartment was completely clean when I returned the keys. I got a huge bill after moving out saying that the apartment needed to be completely repainted. I have a video that I have submitted to this company pictures that I took before and after my move out and they still say that the apartment needed to be completely repainted. It's ridiculous. The fees that these apartment companies charge are ridiculous. I will never rent an apartment with Greystar again. For that reason alone, I would not recommend this apartment community. Or any apartment community at that. Maybe renting from a private owner would be ideal. Thank you.

Nobody seems to discipline their kids to be quiet, and the screeching continues throughout the day and often into the night. The walls and windows are extremely thin, so every sound carries directly into the apartment. There are many adorable pets, but some dogs (majority are large,) are kept on balconies and bark at everyone and everything, which adds even more noise. I have reached out to the office by email about these issues, but nothing has been done to improve the environment or an official adjustment. The police have been called several times for noise complaints, and security rarely checks on anything when you call and were even confused about the complex I called from. There is also nothing in the folder they give you that discloses quiet hours so do not expect them. The unit is still new and the management may be in their infancy, but the lack of structure is noticeable. Very friendly people but if things continue to go down as this apartment ages I see a lot of complaints in the future. I also recommend avoiding units near the grass areas because people gather there and blast music, and it travels easily. Lots of kids running around which is great if you want community but if you don't have any it feels more like a disturbance. Outside units are the way to go if you want a more private experience. You won't hear anything at all aside from the occasional noises from neighbors, but if you decide to live right by the grass area, you're in for constant noise and yelling from outside. If you don't mind the noise too much, and again, I get that apartments will have sound intrusion from time to time but this is a recurring daily theme that disturbs its residents. Frequently hints of marijuana scents lingering around if you're bothered by that which I am not personally but some people don't feel the same. Parking is with constant strangers taking up free spaces especially during the weekend that you can't find parking. No other review has been brutally honest with the cons but I've been here for almost 2 weeks and I already feel turned away by the complex with my experience. The weekends are dreadful because that's when the most outside rampant activity happens for this sort of ordeal. I'm a bit disappointed considering this is my first apartment but there is a lack of consideration and courtesy from neighbors here. If you decide to apply here, it's great if you are already invested in a family and want to hang around doing activities up until 3 in the morning sometimes. Oh yeah, and some owners let their dogs loose without a leash. Big dogs too.
