They are always offering free Pilates classes in local parks (Tietze park coming up in September). Check their IG to keep up on events. This new studio in uptown is so pretty. The color scheme is greens, golds and black. Being in the studio makes me feel like I'm in an old swanky Hollywood hotel. The thing I like most about OCP is that they are chill and not so structured as some of the corporate Pilates places around town. If you forget your grip socks, no problem! The classes and the instructors are always great. They have specials often, especially for new members, and it seems like most memberships give you access to both studios. Classes are booked on the OCP app. I haven't had problems with parking at the uptown location, but they do validate if you need to park in the garage. There are so many classes offered each day and different types of Pilates from jumpboard to stretching. There is truly something for everyone!

It's a comfortable, informal space. It's also immersive--the familiar incense, heat, and black interior help me focus and put the outside world aside for an hour. Different instructors have their own styles and music but class structure is similar enough to practice across all of them. I love how many classes there are, all day every day, from 6 am to 9 pm or later--even holidays!! And multiple locations. I practice at Dallas Lovers but have gone to classes at the other Dallas studios and in Houston and Round Rock. All are equally comfortable and welcoming. I also appreciate the difficulty level. There's no pressure to do things you can't or don't want to, but there are lots of opportunities to advance. I'd classify myself as intermediate but I like the chance to practice headstands, arm balances, creative binds, etc. even when I'm not very good at them. You never know what you can do until you try!

You will definitely get your sweat on in here! It is clean, spacious. It is donation based yoga, but there is a minimum per class. I asked an instructor years ago if they got the donations, and they said no. But that could have been in the past. The only negative I have is parking. There are only about 20ish spots. So with 50 people attending the classes you have to find parking in the other side of the fence which is a bit sketchy, but fine.

You'll be fighting to get your autopay back when she won't refund your money. They wouldn't return my phone calls and then when Danae left a VM, she told me to never return to the studio that I made her staff uncomfortable. LAUGHABLE. And please don't put yourself in a situation where major HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS are lingering waiting to disrupt your health in the way a STAPH INFECTION does. All the phenomenal instructors left the studio because they are being treated with the utmost disrespect. I was in town for work and wanted to support a local boutique studio for my yoga practice. The studio was located on the 2nd floor of a historic-looking building, and it had its own private lot, which was a bonus. The practice space was spacious and stunning. I loved how the room was lined with windows that brought in natural light. The class I signed up for was at 6:45pm, so it was just in time for the sunset. Deka was our instructor for the flow. He was so welcoming and kindly got me acquainted to the space. He has such a calming voice that it nearly put me to sleep during savasana. I look forward to stopping by V12 Yoga again next time I'm in Dallas.

I went to align studios recently as a first timer for heated pilates and OMG! Let me just say, if…read moreyou are looking for a studio in the Central Dallas area, I'd def recommend this place! For starters, the entire studio is intimate. It sits above the street in a loft style brick building. Once you go up the steps however, you can tell the ownership truly put their heart into transforming the space. You are greeted by their infamous and HUGE mirror as well as their check in table. Once you are checked in, they have a waiting area with benches to sit as well as a cubby wall to leave your things in prep for class! Once you are able to find a spot in the actual studio, the instructor goes to town with the workout! They do have a small window if you are able to snag that spot, but ultimately the entire space truly gets heated! The instructors also gave one of the best workouts I have ever done! On top of that the vibe of the place with the brick, the mats, and the playlist, makes everything top tier! My instructors were the Sculpt Sisters, but they offer a variety of different classes with different instructors as well! Safe to say that a membership at align is in my 2026 future!
