I've been going to their classes since August 2025 and what a difference I've seen and felt in my posture, core strength, and flexibility! I truly believe that shifting my workouts from only heavy strength training to adding Pilates and yoga has changed my life and how I feel overall. It's located above Ramseys Kitchen and it's a small studio with mat Pilates rooms, chair Pilates, and reformer Pilates. The class sizes are small (max 8 people), which is fantastic compared to other places I've tried where the class sizes are much larger and there isn't a focus on technique and proper movement. It is a bit pricey for each class, but it's worth it because you'd be supporting a smaller, woman/POC owned business rather than a large chain. Highly recommend trying out a class!

I really appreciated her telling me about the socks instead of me having to buy them at the studio. She was very helpful. As a former fitness instructor(and someone who used to hire them) she is an excellent instructor. Her explanations were clear, the class flowed well, and she provided multiple options. I also liked the number of participants in the class. Sometimes it feels so crowded but I feel this studio has the right number of participants. If I lived closer I would buy a membership here. I would 100% pay for another class if I'm in town

Unfortunately, for many of my class pass classes that has been my experience. I get it, you want to build loyal customers but no one wants to be pestered. I have no issues being pestered here. You walk in, check in with front desk, put your belongings away, grab whatever materials you'll need for class that day and get settled in. No hassles. The classes are challenging but not impossible, which is exactly what I was looking for. Because of my work, I kinda just pick a day of the week that best works for me. Because of this I have had 3 different instructors and all have been phenomenal. They are patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! It's important to note that grippy socks are required for each class, they sell some at the facility, but it's probably cheaper to buy it via Amazon! The facility is always spotless and well taken care of, you are absolutely going to love this place!

Can't believe they would treat a potential long term customer like that. Very disappointed. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere even if you have to drive farther
