I had no idea what I was doing day 1 but my practice grows with each class. The instructors are kind, funny, energetic, and skilled at teaching and cueing the moves so everyone is doing them correctly and safely. Not only that but the community always brings the same energy and makes the studio a safe and fun place to work out. The classes have enough repetition to build strength and form but enough differences to keep you on your toes (sometimes literally). I haven't run into any of the issues that some of the negative reviews here have, so I can't speak to my experience trying to freeze my membership or anything like that. I also have not tried classical pilates to compare. But personally, I feel like I get my money's worth every time and even with my busy schedule it is never a challenge to book classes.

I really appreciated her telling me about the socks instead of me having to buy them at the studio. She was very helpful. As a former fitness instructor(and someone who used to hire them) she is an excellent instructor. Her explanations were clear, the class flowed well, and she provided multiple options. I also liked the number of participants in the class. Sometimes it feels so crowded but I feel this studio has the right number of participants. If I lived closer I would buy a membership here.
