I did a week guest pass from the website and I went 5x in that week. I saw a huge difference in my lower body; especially my butt! The instructors do a great job of giving you tips throughout the class to help you with your form. I love the music it's upbeat which is just the kind of music you need when your doing difficult moves and you sense your muscles getting fatigue. I'm going to try and come in the summer a few times. This is just what I need for the perfect summer body.

The instructor arrived a few minutes late the first time I went there (understandable, the weather was really bad and I don't blame her at all for that and would rather people be safe) but she didn't introduce herself and even though I wasn't the only new person there (she asked if anyone was new), she didn't approach any of us mid or after working out just to check in and see how we felt or give tips. It was my first time working out since the pandemic started and I was clearly behind so I would've liked an encouraging word or two. I wasn't expecting one on one training but an instructor acknowledging the new people is pretty normal. Even though this place wasn't for me, I still think it's a nice gym and saw they have a lot of dedicated clients who really love it there. I'm back and forth from the city due to work so maybe I would've stuck with it for another round of classes if I was here full time.

The classes are consistently amazing and "Most" instructors are top-notch. My only gripe is when classes get packed beyond reason. For example, a few Saturdays ago I took a Power class that had well over 40 people. I'm not sure if it was the instructor's popularity, but I've never seen a Saturday class that crowded. Overall, the instructor was good, but not sure why the class would be that packed. It's hard to move or even fully stretch when you're practically mat-to-mat. A simple solution might be to offer two Power classes back-to-back on weekends to help ease the crowding. When you see that one class has that many students, over 40, it would make more sense to split it or add a back-to-back session. It's just not ideal to be so tightly packed when you need space to move and stretch. Early mornings are definitely the best if you want to avoid the overcrowding. Other than that, I absolutely love this studio and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid yoga practice.

I've tried barre at Exhale and Bar Method before, but Pure Barre was definitely my favorite. Most barre classes are upbeat and challenging, but Pure Barre definitely has the best set of moves and number of repetitions. No matter how fit you are, this class will beat you up. I really loved that the stretches were scattered in between the most challenging exercises for sufficient rest. None of the stretches felt rushed, which is what I've experienced at other studios. The lockers are easy, there's a key to the lock so you don't have to bring your own. The studio itself is well-kept and clean, and the class wasn't crowded at all at the Sunday 7am class. Highly recommended!

The space was nice and cooling with a good view since we were on the fourth floor. Pilates kicked my butt literally, I didn't realize how many muscles it would target. My core and glutes were on fire at the end. We were doing the Pilates reformer class, and it involved a lot of stretching and holding with the machine. Even though this was my first time, the instructor's direction was easy to follow. Time passed by super fast, and by the end of the class, the next class was already rushing in.
