I get the rustic barn concept with all of junk they have hanging on the wall. It looks like they went to a yard sale of some old fisherman's house, and decorated. The service was absolutely terrible. Took about 30 minutes to get our drinks. We placed our order, appetizers and dinner. No exaggeration, the apps came out an hour later. While waiting for our dinner, the server arrived at our table to inform us they were out of two of our sides. Dinner finally arrived. Small portions, but was tasty. Due to starvation, we inhaled our dinners. The food was tasty, but definitely not worth the wait. Too bad the Red Eye Crab was closed for renovations.

Two of our three appetizers were brought out together, but we waited an additional seven minutes for the third appetizer to arrive. When our entrees were served, all but one meal was correct. Additionally, there was an older staff member who was loudly cursing and creating a disturbance in the dining area, making comments such as, "Watch, there's still customers." This was unprofessional and took away from the dining experience. We've been loyal customers for years because we've always enjoyed the food and welcoming atmosphere. That's why this visit was especially disappointing. It's unfortunate because this is one of the few family-owned seafood restaurants in the area, and we've always enjoyed supporting it.
