I am posting a few stories on here as I thought posting each one separately might appear to be shilling. Which this is absolutely not, but rather an appreciation to have someone you can trust and who is honest as the day is long. Having someone that you can trust, a company that has your back and yes while they have to make money, they do it the right way. By creating long term customers through integrity and honesty. The latest was we had to take my daughter's car in. They accidentally damaged the power steering and replaced it. Then the new one wasn't working and they replaced it as well. Because they said it was their fault, they did not charge for it. Wow, how many companies own it and then do something to make their customer feel even better. Here is another story.We had an oil leak in one of our cars and thought that we should give it a look to see how the whole car is doing as it was a very high milage car. They came back with some information, but more importantly suggestions. They recommended fixing one item, but the oil leak would cost more than it was worth, so they suggested just watching it. Another item on the vehicle was a maybe, but they said lets just watch it and see if it gets worse. In the end replaced the boot, but again going back to the integrity piece, they gave recommendations not just to generate business, but that made sense for the customer. We absolutely will never take any of our vehicles anywhere else unless they cannot do it, as they have earned trust and permanent business but how they run the shop. Hats off to Don and Lance as they run a quality outfit.

So that is what we prepared for and saved for, so we brought it back in today expecting a new quote of maybe a little bit higher to count for inflation, but nothing too astronomical. Yeah, they came back with a quote of $2700. Over double what they quoted just a few months ago. So dishonest. Such a shame. Time to find another mechanic.

He had the issue diagnosed promptly and did a thorough inspection of all four tires. He is truly the example of what a model, service tech should be. Had an integrated 4 x 4 wheel hub vacuum issue on on four driver side. It started with a high pitch when I got it back. It started with a massive grinding, and it did not quit. I was left without 4 x 4 for a half a year and they use zip ties to disengage it and keep it out-of-the-way instead of having the problem fixed the whole month they had it (x''s 4 months) The effort seems there by the front office, but I gave my truck to them for a month 4 different times, (having it 4 to 5 weeks time) and they still couldn't fix what I relayed what the ford shop told me to take care of. They sold me something I didn't need, when I told him that wasn't the problem that Ford was telling me to take care of, every time I got it back the issue was never fixed. The frustration of these guys having my vehicle for a months time and still not fixing a vacuum leak on one side of my four-wheel-drive integrated hub is extremely aggravating. They violated my breathalyzer costing me over $200 with multiple trips driving mechanics around managers around without a fillup. I turn my vehicle in clean with the promised it being out of the elements and I get it back like the Sahara sands on vehicle and they offer me a card to the car wash down the street... unreal, that should've been taken care of by them. The district Superman that came in with the Cape basically slapped me in the face and told me I can take care of all the other expenses since he's not giving me a bill. We wouldn't have had the problems that we had if they would've just listened to what I told them to take care of. Will not return, be careful.

The majority of the cost was for a diagnostic, which we told them it was only the transmission we wanted checked. When we got the truck home, bults were missing from the shifter plate on the transmission. They took it off but didn't put back on leaving the shifter rattling around. We were told the transmission was fine. We took it to another shop where we discovered the transmission was shot. When we approached to owner we were dismissed and no consideration as a customer at all. No working with us at all. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
