I was able to find the part at a local Auto Zone for $89, and when I went to replace the mass air flow sensor, I realized that it didn't even need replaced. The electrical wiring had been unplugged and simply needed to be plugged back in. They didn't even look at it!

I've been meaning to leave this review since December 2025, but initially I just figured I just…read morewouldn't go back and moved on. But I just got my truck back from a trusted mechanic and it reminded me exactly why I need to say something. I used to trust this shop back when it was Integrity Tire. Since EAS Auto took over, the entire feel of the place has changed. The first time I brought my truck in after the ownership change, they tried to sell me over $2,000 worth of repairs, including replacing the head gaskets, in addition to a new serpentine belt "with obvious cracking" on a truck with only 70k miles. That immediately raised red flags because a couple months prior I had the truck inspected by a highly reputable mechanic, and the only things they found were brakes and transfer case fluid. Still, I second-guessed myself because EAS acted so confident and pushy about the repairs. Fast forward to now: I just had the truck looked over AGAIN by a trusted mechanic and specifically told them to check for ANYTHING that needed attention. Their answer? Rear brake pads and an oil change. That's it. So if I would've blindly listened to EAS Auto, I could have been out thousands of dollars for repairs that apparently were never needed. What really bothered me was that the same lady at the front counter who handled my visit was also the one pushing repairs on the young girl sitting there while I waited. She carried herself like there was absolutely no chance she could be wrong and talked with the confidence of someone presenting catastrophic issues that needed immediate attention. Maybe some of the repairs were legitimate, maybe not, but the sales pressure and certainty behind it felt exactly like what they did to me. The difference is I was comfortable saying, "No, I'll have my mechanic look at it." The honesty and trust that Integrity Tire used to have feels completely gone. I won't be back, and I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repairs here.

One of the tires was misshapen. Not their fault except maybe not noticing. Tires were supposed to be in by 10am on the day of my appt. They didn't come until 3pm. Brought it back in and they replaced it. Immediately after leaving noticed they were not balanced. Returned the following day and had them balanced. Was told the machine wasn't calibrated right and they had updated it. After leaving, again noticed the tires weren't riding right. Brought it back another time and was told my "luxury car" has light steering and that is why it responded so strongly to road imperfections. They did some adjustment and it was better but still shakes at highway speeds. Never had that issue before. I gave up and didn't go back. Time for a tire rotation and oil change. Made an appointment for 9:45. Dropped the car off and returned at 11:45. Car hadn't been touched. Was told they got a truck stuck on the lift. I have a job and cannot return five times for each service I need performed. I hardly received any apology or offer of discount on any visit. I will not be back. Get it together, Windsor Family Tire Pros. UPDATE 5/31/17: Car was still out of balance from the last time I visited. I called about 1 to ask my options. The woman on the phone was kind and understanding and squeezed me in almost immediately without an appointment. An hour and a half later they had completed the balance free of charge and road tested it. The car does still shake at higher speeds (80). At least they tried and helped some. This was a better experience and the customer service was excellent. I am now willing to be open minded about giving Family Tire Windsor my business in the future.

A friend asked me to try her place instead so I took it to EAS who told me they could beat that price but then gave me an estimate for $7000 worth of work! After paying the $3000 I noticed leaks on my driveway again and took my van back to EAS. They charged me another $800.00 for additional work! Noticed MORE LEAKS and brought it back to EAS a 3rd time only to be told I read the repair order wrong and what was typed out by their employee read one thing but meant another and I was in error for presuming PRINTED repairs on the RO had been done. (And a lot of blame on the employee that helped me who was not longer employed) Tail between my legs, I drove my van back to Trust Auto Center and Andy and Joe spent over a hour with me helping me understand EAS's invoice, the work EAS had done and what I how I needed to communicate with EAS to remedy my problem. TAC did not do any repairs on my van. They knew when I went in with questions that they were only educating me. TAC NEVER CHARGED ME ANYTHING, NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS STUPID FOR GOING ELSEWHERE AND NEVER SPOKE ILL OF THE OTHER SHOP!!!! My initial decision to take my van elsewhere was respected, I was communicated to in a language and manner I understood, and I wasn't charged anything for over an hour of the owner and shop managers time! I took my 1999 Jeep Wrangler in for a really bad vibration - rear driveline. The CV was worn out. I had problems with this for many years and even had the transmission rebuilt. Eric had a custom manufactured, heavy duty CV with critical balancing technology made for my specific vehicle. After spending in excess of $10K in Phoenix over the past 12 years to get rid of steering wheel vibration, Eric has my jeep purring at high speeds.
