The issue here was the crowd levels. It took over 2 hours to play 18 holes. You spent more time waiting to play the next hole than actually playing. We finished around 10pm and were going to play the second course but was told that it would be a 30 min wait before we could even start the first hole. It also doesn't help that there is no where to sit on this course and with all the waiting this would have been a nice to have. We ended up just leaving at that point even though we had paid for 2 rounds for 3 people. With the extra weight to start a round along with the time it would take to play it was going to be way to late. I want to go back here as the staff were all very friendly and the courses looked amazing but the amount of just waiting around and lack of seating between holes has me iffy.

But we never felt cooped up, unsafe or too on-the-edge. These guys had fun, positive attitudes and worked hard to make sure we had a good time. They're located right on the main parkway just a bit north of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. They have a parking lot which is handy. We parked, paid, took our ride up the mountain and then golfed 18 holes of mini golf. The course was well maintained with quirky decor and just plain fun. We had a great time and would 100% come here again! Get to it!

My daughter was deciding between WonderWorks and Ripley's Aquarium, and honestly, I regret not choosing the aquarium. I expected this place to blow our minds, but it didn't. The attractions feel a bit outdated and could definitely use better maintenance, especially considering the amount of people they get every day. The best part was the laser tag -- everything else was pretty underwhelming. The 4D simulator was only partially working, and the glasses felt cheap. The earthquake experience was disappointing... my car on a straight road moves more than that. Plan to go with plenty of time, because between everything, time flies and you'll easily spend at least three hours inside. If you're thinking about going after 6 pm, I'd recommend leaving it for another day and going earlier. And if you're choosing between this attraction and another one... there's really not much to think about.

You can definitely walk to the Island but it's a little bit of a trek. It's probably easier to take the tram, which seems to run pretty frequently. Parking is free. Once you finally arrive, there is tons of stuff to do! Shops, rides, restaurants, and bars are everywhere. It's all very walkable and it's got a good vibe. Overall, I'd definitely recommend that people check out the Island at least once if they're in the area.

I bought 4 gift cards to give to my family members as stocking stuffers for Christmas. Tori, the manager who assisted me with the sale, said that the gift cards would be honored for one year. Sadly, my family was not able to make our annual trip this year. I called to ask for a refund. When I purchased the gift Cards Tori told me specifically that I would be refunded if the gift cards were unable to be used. Tori wrote her name and number on the gift card, just in case the family was not able to travel to Gatlinburg When I called today to ask for the refund we agreed upon Tori and the other Manager said they were not able to issue a refund. I asked if they would issue the refund if I mailed the gift certificates back. She said they would not. I will be reporting this transaction to my credit card company. Do not buy gift cards from this establishment. If it was possible to give a lower rating I would.

With the auto belay system for several routes of varying difficulty (I was able to do several within my skill range - 5.6 - 5.8) and attempt a couple of 5.9s) you could easily spend a few hours here even solo. I just had an hour but mission accomplished: several climbs fully completed, a couple attempted, and a good workout to break up hours of work travel. The gym was clean, the climbs were interesting, and the helpful staff was appreciated. Will definitely visit while traveling through again!

Mark did a great job of hosting our session - He was very nice and extremely educated without being pretentious. The walls scale up to 50 ft with belay and auto belaying available. Prices are standard and the overall environment is great! This is the best climbing gym I have been to and would highly recommend it to anyone.
