Yes yes yes. This was the best activity for our whole family. Now, we did arrive RIGHT at opening, so it was not crowded until it was time for us to leave. Which allowed us to ride a lottttt of times. We only did the tubing, but the snow area looked fun! We would 10000000% come back if we came back to the area. read more

I would give this place 8/10 they only have 3 rides available but I can say the highlight of this park is the tubbing ride it has a drop had an amazing time . Family friendly . read more

All snow activities, all the time, at Pigeon Forge Snow. Even when it's hot and sunny outside, it's cool and snowy indoors. When I visited, it was cold and rainy outside, so we ducked into this place to go indoor snow tubing. Admission for snow tubing grants you one hour of fun on the snow tubing slides and snow area. An attendant keeps meticulous track of your time via a wristband that they give you when you check in and pay. When we got there, I thought my children would go down the snow tubing slide a couple of times and they'd be done. But they went up and down for a solid 45 minutes! The snow tubing here is very fun -- it's open and clean and safe, and there's fun music playing. For parents and caregivers who are not tubing, there are multiple places to sit and watch the fun, including an area on the second floor that grants you views of the slides from a higher angle. After we went snow tubing, my kids played in the snow area for a while. Pigeon Forge Snow makes piles and piles of snow here for kids to play with. It's real snow that you can ball up, build snow people with and make snow angels in. The snow area is a little cold, so if you're visiting Pigeon Forge Snow, you will want a coat and maybe even some gloves and snow boots. My children did not have snow boots and their socks were wet after they played. I would say that Pigeon Forge Snow is worth the admission if you have older kids who like to be active. While I was there, I overheard a dad complaining that his young kid only went down the tube slide a couple of times and they were done. It's expensive if you don't take full advantage of the place. But if you do it like my kids and go down the slide 30+ times, then it's more than worth it. read more

Years later and it's still as fun - but I wanted to add a tip. Call ahead and see if there are any field trips scheduled. We had a group of 80-90 kids show up for a scheduled field trip and it slowed things down significantly. Planning around these major groups is really helpful to get more rides in during the time and less waiting in line. read more

Perfect for breaking in the kids to roller coasters. The playground was nice for the shorter folks.

Rude and terrible customer service. New to the area on vacation, we stopped in with our 3 and 6 year old tor tubing and snowplay. Within a minute of seeing the tube, my 3 year old refused. They would not refund or give credit even though the pass had not been used and we purchased tickets at the counter minutes earlier. read more

We came to Pigeon Forge snow and it was an okay experience. The staff is pretty rude, they are younger adults, maybe even teens, but they were not really welcoming and had attitudes. You don't really want to spend your money at a place that makes you feel like you're not welcomed but we had already paid for the tubing. I would not recommend paying to play in the snow. It's rock hard, and was just boring. Of course maybe walk to SEE if it's something you or your party would like to do before you buy! The tubing down my daughter really enjoyed and that was the high light. Seeing her enjoy herself. The smoothness of the tubing lanes should have more attention. I was watching kids bop up because it wasn't leveled. read more

Went here with my 9 year old granddaughters while we were vacationing in Pigeon Forge. I bought tickets on line thinking everyone would have to pay but we found out after arriving that my wife and I didn't require tickets as we weren't participating, only observing. That aside, the girls loved the tubing! There were some on the slope as old as I am so it is safe for seniors if you do desire. The snow play area didn't seem like anyone was enjoying it that much. Overall we had a good time and would gladly do it again should we find ourselves on a vacation here with our grandchildren! read more

I had a fantastic time with my group. I wish they had a half hour pricing for dead times because that's what we needed but it was fun regardless. read more

We stopped by while waiting for our room to be ready. 1. A bit over priced for the experience. I think $19.99 would be a fair amount to charge for an hour of snow tubing. 2. They offer a military discount. Thank you! 3. There is a small indoor play area with "snow" but it's lacking "fun." You can't throw snowballs and there isn't really much else to do in the area except stand there. 4. The "slope" are steep. It can look intimidating when you walk in, as my kiddo said. But he did fine once he got over his fear. Thank God, because no refunds! All in all we were done after about 30 minutes. I wish they had 30 minute options at a reasonable price. OR, come down a bit on the hour ride pricing. read more

We spent nearly $180.00 for 4 kids. The area where there is indoor snow is small and very icy. The sign clearly says no snowballs. Almost everyone was throwing snowballs including parents standing outside the area. There is zero chance of building a fort as advertised. We probably spent 30 minutes there. Our two rule followers were in the designated area for maybe 5 minutes. Very, very disappointed. read more

Nice building, parking lot is ample and spacious. Overall, this joint is a bit overpriced for what you get. Limited things to do, kids were bored after about 20-30 minutes. They charge by the hour; should be broken down to 30 minute blocks. Doubt we will be back unless the times are changed to 1/2 hour intervals. read more

We decided to check out this indoor snow tubing place on a Sunday morning in January and, also, in September. Each time we went, it was not very crowded and we were able to sled down the "tubing run" as much as we wanted. This is not some little snow hill with slow/boring action. It's pretty darn fast and thrilling-- even for an adult! My son (who lives going fast) especially liked it. If you want something different for kids, this is a great option. They even offer 30 minute sessions at a lower price. That option may be enough if you just want to do it a few times. Overall -- super fun. I highly recommend this attraction and am happy it is in our area. read more

This is a great idea for the summer heat we have been hit with after the cold front the welcomed us when we were arrived her in PF. What a novel idea to have slides for tubing and 6 at a time can race to the bottom. No need for AC when it's hot outside. Where else can you go tubing in your shorts and a short sleeve shirt, right? There's even a snow room for the kids and big kids too. ;) read more

It was so nice to have a cool (but not cold) place to have the kids play and the adults relax! The tubes / slope were quite fun although the 'play area' needed some work (it was much smaller in real life). I do wish there was a snack bar (maybe even some beer/wine) rather than the 'gift shop of trinkets' and an elevator for those with limited mobility to get to the observation area. read more

Our family loved this. It was an adrenaline rush every run. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it was not crowded. We did so many runs that we took breaks. There is an inclined treadmill style escalator and the attendants were very good with little ones and older ones. Occasionally they had to stop it to assist riders. Super fun, super fast and no coat, hat or boots needed. read more

If you are looking for a fun and thrilling experience, you might want to check out the snow tubing park. It is a very cool place to visit, especially in the off-season when it is less crowded and you can enjoy more rides. The park has six lanes of tubes that slide down the slopes at high speed. You will feel the rush as you zoom through the snow. The park also has a special area for younger kids to play with snow and ice. The only downside is that the tickets are quite pricey, but it is worth it for the excitement and fun. Has fun music and lights for an extra touch. read more

Where do I start... well my kids are 4, 6 and 8 and they were done in a matter of 30 minutes. Talking about mad.. I was pissed because of the price which is overpriced. The kids were bored after a couple of time tubing and waiting in line for a good 10-15 minutes in-between tubing. The fun area sucks and very small. Plus it's not a good idea to have the big kids with the smaller kids in the same area. Then....the audacity to raise the price for the holidays is malarkey.....they will not receive another penny from me. read more

Pigeon Forge Snow - This was so icey to the point it was hard to make a snowball...smh. - Tubing Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Suchhhhhh a blast. My suggestion is to go during a more quiet time so you get the most out of your time without waiting in lines. We went when it was quiet enough and never had to wait in line for the snow tubing (on a Wednesday around 11 am). My 3 year old had an absolute blast and I think I may have had just as much fun. We will definitely be back next year while in town. read more

Pigeon Forge Snow - Snow play area - Tubing Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Indoor snow tubing during the Summer looks fun, and it is! We purchased an hour, which is the minimum amount of time. We went on a Wednesday and it wasn't very crowded, but the lines move quickly. You get an inner tube from the stack and the ski lift escalator takes you up to the top (thankfully, there are no stairs to climb). There is an attendant at the top to assist getting off the escalator if needed. The operator at the top ensures everyone is ready to go. He then releases the tubes, which are at very slight offset times, rather than all at once. The away you go!!! The ride downhill is fast and thrilling!! It seems you're going to crash into the railing at the end, but you stop in time. However, if you do go all the way to the end there is plentiful cushioning to ease your stop. Being in my mid-fifties, I needed a break after 20 minutes. We walked around the area and then went upstairs. We were hoping for a decent concession stand, but all they had was popcorn, coffee, and hot chocolate. (That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). This is good fun for people of all ages!! I would return here. read more

If your child likes very fast slides then this is a great place to go for an hour. I was not prepared for the speed the first time down but you get used to it. Our family went and it was something. My children had a blast. My 5 year old had a hard time keeping balanced and holding the tube as you go up on the conveyer belt. The excitement and looking around and also the tube was almost the same height as him. The smaller one they said was not for his age as it was much smaller. We ended up bringing it up for both kids most of the time. It is an automatic belt that takes you up and getting on it the employee tries to keep you from falling either by grabbing your hand or pushing your back just in case. I watched him do it almost every time for the children and the adults only when he saw them needing the help. They scan your bracelet each time you go up and it tells you how many minutes you have left. The day we went there was only 4 other people and when their time was up about half way through ours then we had the lanes to ourselves. Make sure your tube has the inside padding as the one time mine did not and I got a bad bruise from hitting at the bottom. It was not pleasant. When I tell you the slides are fast I am not just saying it. Also when you hit the bottom try to lift yourself a little without putting your feet down as it is a bit of a rough landing. You definitely get used to it but the ice is tricky and can spin you too. The one lane was melting all the way to the left when you are up there and that one you spin too much. My husband actually bit his tongue and was bleeding on one slide down so it is definitely a do it at your own risk type of activity. Maybe we just got unlucky because our kids thankfully had no injuries. I give the slide portion a 4/5 However, the "snow" play area that you pay extra for is not worth it. It is ice. You cannot ball it up, you can't throw it because there are signs asking you not to. Some portions are so frozen you can't do anything except for walk a bit or slip around and other portions you can grab a handful but then have nothing to do with it. We spent maybe 10 minutes just trying to get a couple pictures and then the kids were done. I give the "snow" play area a 1/5. I was surprised that the place was not colder. We all wore jackets and they were very unnecessary on the slides. The "snow" play area is colder especially if you sat or kneeled into the ice but still not as cold as we had anticipated. There was also a little candy shop store situation there. It was cute and gave the adults something to look at when the kids were sliding. There were two viewing areas as well where you can watch your kids instead of participating. I would probably do this if we went again as one time was sufficient for me. I am stilling giving this 4/5 as my kids really did enjoy the slides and still talk about how fun it was. I can also see this being fun for older kids who have outgrown the smaller children's slides. I am not sure if I recommend it for kids under 5 but that is just my opinion. read more

This was a horrible, unsafe experience. They make you sign a waiver that they're not liable if anyone is injured, but they don't follow their own rules for safety. The snow play area was a joke. It's specifically designed for toddlers and they have teenagers throwing ice chunks at each other in there. Management could not have cared less. I will NEVER come here again. Overpriced, underwhelming, and dangerous. read more

Me and my partner are in our 30's and we had a blast tubing! Though mostly kids/teens and their parents were tubing, we also had fun indoor tubing for an hour! I definitely think we got our money's worth! Definitely had fun and even when it was fairly busy (maybe 15-20 others on the indoor tubes after 7PM on a weekday), we were steadily able to go down the indoor tubes once every 3-5 minutes! There's also snow to play, but it's probably more amusing if you've never experienced snow. SAFETY: Plenty safe, there are several workers manning the magic carpet and ensuring everyone is safely in their tubes before releasing all the tubes down the slope! FAMILY FRIENDLY? Yes DATE NIGHT WORTHY? Yes RECOMMEND? Yes, I think more locals come here since there's already so many things to do in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, but it's a chill thing to do. You can also sit and watch your kids go indoor tubing if you rather sit out! read more

I went before dinner at about 5-6 PM. I filled out my waiver online, so I didn't wait long at all to get tickets. I bought the 60 minutes of tubing. It was fun to stand on the moving platform to get to the top. There was a bit of a line at the top, but it went by fast. The way the tubes are deployed is genius. The person controlling the mechanism can trigger the little metal rod in front of the deployment mechanism to slide down, releasing the tube. It was a fun ride, very fast. The only critique I have is that the line can get very long and the minutes counter on the bracelet is a little off. I would definitely go again. 7.6/10 read more

Would recommend for the experience. My kids definitely enjoyed it. They did open a little later than stated on Google due to some maintance issues. Also the snow play was mostly ice when they first opened that needed to be fixed as well. Bc we went so early it wasn't busy and my kids got to enjoy the hour as much as they could. The massage chairs are a little janky I tried to pay bc of you don't pay and sit there and alarm will go off and the neighboring chair accident paid for an hour bc the workers didn't know how to help but over all it was worth the experience!! read more

Kids age 3 & 5 loved it! I think older kids would get bored. Little expensive but they loved it.

This place was right up the road from our hotel so we had to check it out. It was great and very reasonably priced. Pigeon Forge Snow - Multiple lanes of "snow" covered fun - Tubing Near Me - Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

We were in town for the holidays and decided to bring the kids (and big kids) over for an afternoon of fun. We arrived to a large crowd of people in line waiting to pay. I immediately wanted to run away but this day was for the kids so I smiled and powered through it. I purchased a groupon while in line that turned into a $3 discount off the regular price. One thing to note is that this is a completely indoor climate controlled facility. There were even large heaters near waiting areas so a jacket/coat is optional and no special gear is needed. Entrance allows you one hour of snow tubing and there were also options for playing in a pile of snow or a combo of both. I would compare the wait for tubing to that of an amusement park. The hour was tracked by a bracelet with a chip attached. Our group all started around the same time but got separated because there were not enough tubes available. After snow tubing for almost an hour, my little cousins time expired 15 mins before everyone else who started at the exact same time. Besides the glitch with the time tracker being inconsistent, the kids all seemed to have a fun time. They even participated in a mini snowball fight before we left. read more

We came to have fun with our grandchildren. What we observed was employees that couldn't care less about safety. The area where the younger children were supposed to play was overran by older unsupervised boys. The sign clearly said don't throw snowballs. Yet they were throwing large chunks of ice. We asked an employee to get them to stop. He told them to throw the snow at the one wall. Not even obeying the sign on the wall. He left and as soon as he did the older kids started throwing ice again. They have a small brick wall as you enter the snow play area where the kids could possible fall and hit their heads, very unsafe. They could cover it with foam rubber to prevent injury. There were also unattended youth dancing as the tubes were slide down the hill. Running in-between the tubes as they stopped. It is an extremely unsafe attraction as the employees act lethargic. Plus you get to sign a waiver releasing them from any and all responsibility if there is an accident and they don't create a safe environment. We will never be back. read more

WHY ARE THERE NOT MORE OF THESE????? This place, albeit a bit pricey, is a total BLAST. Oh my goodness. Basically, you have an hour with unlimited tubing. Grab your tube, which you keep through the duration of the hour, ride the automatic ramp uphill, get to the loading place, and just zoom down! People of all ages, little kids, teens, adults and even seniors were having a fun time! They even have double tubes for an adult and young child to ride down, but even small children can ride single if they want too.
