This place was amazing! We called to make reservations because online it was capped at 10, but they were happy to give us one more to accommodate our group of 11. Owen, Tyler, & Nash were awesome guides and gave us the best day of the trip! The company takes safety very seriously and the guides followed the protocols keeping everyone hooked up and safe. We had a couple of hesitant members in our group but the easy demeanor of the guides helped to put them at ease and everyone participated and had a great time. The longest line took a full minute to traverse & we were flying high! So much fun!! A definite must!

First time here and it's AMAZINGGGGGG, Bobby and Crystal Zipline made it a great experience for all our family age 7,16,30 & 40 . They kept on telling jokes and explaining the roles several times . First time my 7 year old ever Zipline and she was in love , my wife was scared but she got over her fear super quick after crystal help while I pumped into Bobby couple times ( poor guy) . Horse back riding was enjoyable and not long which was perfect , Dale did awesome job picking the right horses for our family and his lead made it very enjoyable experience . Over all the place is awesome , convenient, clean , friendly staff with very affordable prices . We will be back .

Mount up!

Great place for the whole family. Very cool Zip-line course. Had great instructors - Sergy and Tavon.

Awesome park. We went twice! Will and Ryan took great care of us. It was safe, exciting, and worth the price for the hour of fun we had.

They were hilarious, kept everyone laughing, but also made us feel completely safe and comfortable the entire time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it made the experience even better. Out of everything we did during our Tennessee trip, zip lining was hands down our favorite. If you're visiting, I highly recommend this experience -- and definitely hope you get Jace and Jessie as your guides!

We had 3 different groups going at there different times. Each group only had fantastic things to say about there guides. The stories the seniors were telling each other will forever be a highlight to their trip. I had the privilege to have Jacob and Josh as our leaders. When they realized we had one person who was on the fence to zip line , the guys were very encouraging. Jacob explained in detail how the lines and harnesses worked so that the student would know he was safe. They let him ask his questions and even said he could try the first line and if he didn't like , the bus would take him back. The bus driver ever spoke with him and encouraged him. That's when I knew Jacob and Josh were the perfect guides. Jacob asked each individual kid what there name were and what there plans were after school. They made us feel safe and our zip lining experience the best it could be.

This was an amazing experience for our family with two teenagers. My daughter has learning delays…read moreso we wanted something that would be suitable for all of us so chose the upper river with class 1-2 rapids. The trip was perfect with several fun rapid dips and splashes but also calm moments to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Other raft riders even got out to float for a bit. Our guide, Moss, was awesome at accommodating our family and made it lots of fun and very knowledgeable with maneuvering the river. Highly recommend!

We visited Gatlinburg TN in late June and didn't decide to book whitewater rafting until a few days…read moreprior our reservation. We had no issues finding a date available, but some scheduled times were already booked out, so make sure to reserve ahead of time! There are SEVERAL whitewater rafting companies and I cannot speak for the other companies, but I had a very pleasant time with Rafting In the Smokies! Our rafting guide was incredibly knowledgeable with the nearby area and was competent in keeping us safely down Class III and Class IV rapids across ~5.5 miles down the river! Very family-friendly and a fun experience, even for people who have never whitewater rafted! TYPE OF RAFTING: Upper Pigeon River Rafting - Class III/IV (note: Lower Pigeon rafting is apparently more like a "lazy river" - type of experience!) PARKING: Plentiful Scheduling: Easy to schedule online, they called the day prior to confirm our trip and advised us to arrive 45 mins before our scheduled rafting trip! PRICE: Affordable and there was a promo code on their website! They also do coupon books too (you'll find them everywhere in Gatlinburg lol) Location: Technically in meet-up at their HQ in Hartford TN, so make sure you account for driving time! They bus us to the TN-NC border. FAMILY-FRIENDLY? Yes! I saw plenty of teens and parents on the rafts, especially families that have never white-water rafting! DIFFICULTY: I didn't have any trouble staying in the boat and only saw one person (out of probably 50 people) fall out, but was safely pulled back into a raft! RECOMMEND? Absolutely. It was a great outdoor activity to do with family and I really enjoyed the views of the Smoky Mountains while rafting! Make sure to wear sunscreen since the rafting isn't very shady!
