My husband and I went last week for my 5 year sobriety anniversary. We were looking for something fun and adventurous to celebrate my big day. Booking online was easy. When we arrived the front desk staff were pleasant. I loved that they drove you to the top of the first line so you don't have the hiking or tons of stairs on some other tours we've been on. All 6 zip lines were fun. The hosts were easy to work with and did a good job keeping us safe. Everyone in the group (two individual couples and a huge bachelor party) were all adults and so it may have been an easier run (only took us about an hour) but it was a lot of fun. We'd both gone zip lining before at other places and this one was by far better than what we'd done before. Also had great views We'd definitely suggest this place. read more

We did this excursion on a family trip to Gatlinburg. What an amazing experience. My 9 year old was afraid since it was her first zip lining experience. Instead of them calling the bus to pick her back up to take her back to the main site, Jeff one of our tour guides zipped with her on the first line and after this she was good to go on her own for the next 5 lines. It's great that they make it a comfortable and fun experience. We also had two other guides who were also great (a guy whose name I cannot remember and a girl named Christie). We ended up getting a good deal on this zip line with a white water rafting deal, so we decided to give it a try. I have a lot of thoughts on my experience - first of all, I was terrified. I'm an outdoorsy person and force myself out of my comfort zone. This was the PERFECT company to do that with. They take you on multiple zip lines (takes about 2 hours), so if you are terrified like I was, you get multiple chances to be comfortable. If I had stopped after the first line, I would have hated my experience, but since they give you the chance to get your nerves out, it makes the 2nd line and all the rest more fun. I felt extremely safe the whole time and didn't want to leave once it was complete! Great company that knows how to make the experience enjoyable for everyone. The pricing was extremely fair for everything you get to do, it might seem steep for some, but it's worth it. The location is lower in the area, my boyfriend wanted to be IN the mountains, and ON the tree line, but I believe there's only one zip line in the area that offers that. This one still has some awesome views, but just be aware I wouldn't call it being in the mountains - you get to see the mountains, but that's about it. Still some awesome views though! Lastly, we had two guides - Juan and Mitch. Mitch was the main guide, he was your typical touristy guide, but a lot of fun and kept the energy going. Juan was SO incredible and sweet, he offered great conversation, had such a calming personality, and was so helpful throughout the day - definitely helped me to enjoy the experience even more. Overall, if you're looking for a good zip line that is safe and comfortable, I would recommend this spot. Only complaint was we didn't get as high up a mountain as we would like! read more

This is hands-down the best zip line in all of TN and all of the south. I'm so thankful for their staff. Jake And Audrey made my son feel so special and comfortable with the zip line experience! They were kind, positive, encouraging, and willing to challenge my little man to go out on his own. Their encouragement created a brave little man who came back later in the week and did the whole course as a solo! Plus the the gentleman working the check in process was super friendly, patient, and willing to work with our group! The course itself is beautifully laid out, has tons of scenic views, and is extensive! Definitely skip every other course and stick with these guys. It's well worth the visit! It's a good beginner place to go. Had three kiddos who have never officially zip lined with all this type of gear. They all loved it. It was nice because you didn't have to reach up to the lines to slow yourself down so it worked out nice for them. The guides were friendly and funny and interactive. There are six lines with a mix of different activities to do from flying like a bird, spiderman, tandem, racing, single and more. They keep it interesting. Beware, there is a line with a pretty steep hike to one of them. They give water at the top of that. A nice line with a view of some mountains. Wish there was more. The zip line tour was fun, but I don't think it was worth the price. We went on 6 lines, which took less than an hour to complete. The time they ask you to arrive at was very frustrating. They give you an appointment time and ask you to arrive 45 minutes early, however they do not need 45 minutes of prep work. Our tour started by 2:40 for a 3pm tour. They should just change the appointment time if they want to start early. Additionally, we were running 15 minutes late due to traffic (would still be arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled tour time), so we have a courtesy call to let them know. The man on the phone was clearly upset and very rude and eventually hung up on me. That being said, once we arrived and started the zip line tour, our two guides were so much fun! They made us feel safe and cracked a lot of jokes throughout the trip. The views were nice and it was a cute couples event. Overall, we were frustrated with how much emphasis was put on arriving early but had a lot of fun on the zip lines. 3/5 stars. Rude on phone, slightly over priced.
