Came here for dinner on a friday night and it was a great option somewhat off strip with private parking. We got there at 9pm and there was a live band playing and little to no wait to get seated. Inside was very moody with dim lighting that made it quite romantic. The complimentary bread was exceptional. honestly some of the best i've had from an italian restaurant. For other apps we also got the calamari and broccolini which were also fantastic. The calamari was battered with a seasoned light crust and mixed with breaded zucchini and pepperoncinis which were a pleasant surprise. Came with ranch and a marinara sauce. (10/10) broccolini was super tender and coated in a garlic flavor with a side of lime. (8/10) Both pastas were fantastic. It's been a minute since I last went but I definitely gave this restaurant a 5/5 for a reason and I would definitely come again. read more

For 20+years, Piero's has been my go to place in Vegas. Every visit has never been shy of an A+. A 12 out of 10. But tonite's visit was just shy of that. Hostesses always amazing. Timmy is always great. The new bartender. Well let's just say, not the best. Garbage Caesar salad always a must. And I normally do not eat shrimp, but the shrimp at Piero's is always stellar! The Veal Chop, Charred. Mid rare. Was nothing short of perfection. Funny, Piero's is thee only place where I come, and each and every time, their proteins are cooked perfectly. We were seated at the "old bar", greeted by Carlo the manager, and served a cocktail that was perfectly prepared and served by Talia, a real pro. Can't believe this was my first time at this Vegas gem. This feels like such an old school Italian restaurant and is so awesome. My dad's girlfriend made the reservation for his birthday and my sister, husband and myself came in later to surprise him. The staff was amazing in setting this up, making sure the table was only set for two people so it wouldn't give it away. It was such a great surprise! Dad cried haha. They offer free valet only for parking which is a nice touch. Don't have to drive around looking for parking. I loved that! "Frenchie" was our waiter and he was so nice and helpful. He went through the menu perfectly. We ordered quite a few things including the garlic bread, meatballs, ceasar salad and I got the bollegnese. Everything was OUTSTANDING! Seriously. As an Italian myself, I was blown away. The food was so delicious and the service was even more incredible. For dessert, we had the tiramisu, cannoli and creme brulee. All of that was delicious, too. We went to a classic old-school Italian restaurant that has a very distinct feel the moment you walk in. It's extremely dark--so dark that it takes a few minutes for your eyes to adjust--and the layout is almost like a maze, which adds to the old Vegas charm. The place has clearly been around forever, and you can feel it. Our server mentioned he had been working there for 30 years, which says a lot. Service was excellent throughout the meal. I had the swordfish, and it was outstanding. The restaurant was packed with convention attendees, so it definitely seems like a favorite during big events. I've been to Piero's twice and both times were amazing. Their wait staff was impeccable and their food was to die for. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and excellent portions. I highly recommend the Veal Saltimbocca and of course the Tiramisu!! The vibe is reminiscent of old school Vegas Rat Pack days. One of the fancier Italian restaurants that we came across that we just had to try because we were excited as they had great reviews. When we got there, we had to do mandatory valet parking, which we all agreed was totally unnecessary. The service was excellent from start to finish, but the food did take quite some time to arrive. The staff read the whole menu to us (not necessary) but was friendly and helpful throughout the entire night. We started off with a few cocktails and all of my friends really enjoyed them. Here's what we ordered: Garlic Bread: nice, crispy, and delicious - enough amount of garlic! Caesar Salad: nothing special here but great overall. Burrata: the burrata itself was fine but the pesto had too much garlic which killed the taste. Fritto Misto: my friends really enjoyed this appetizer and it was definitely the best appetizer. It was not oily at all and the calamari itself was fresh. Truffle Cream Orecchiette: really rich, creamy, and refreshing to eat! Eggplant Parm: a bit disappointed here as I always get an eggplant parm where available. While flavor was good for the most part, there were patches of the eggplant that were too salty. Chilean Sea Bass: well presented and my friend enjoyed it. The fish was well cooked and the sauce paired well with it. Grilled Veal Chop: well presented and my friends enjoyed it! Rigatoni Bolognese: worst item of the night because it was too salty. Tiramisu: what a splendid dish - glad we got dessert! Overall, this is a decent restaurant. The chefs need to be mindful of the amount of salt they put. This is a fancy restaurant but for salty and garlicy food, not worth the price. My wife and I came for Valentine's Day and had a 5:15 reservation. We weren't aware of the mandatory valet parking so we were lucky to have a little cash on us to tip the drivers! We were quickly seated in a booth facing a dining room off the bar. It provided for good people watching as well as a romantic space to enjoy our meal. We ordered the fritto misto, which came with a thin marinara-type sauce and tartar sauce. It was a solid example of the dish. We also had the garbage caesar, which was very good despite my initial trepidation due to not really liking tomatoes and avocado. My 24oz bone in ribeye came with an excellent char and I added a side of horseradish. It was perhaps a bit more fatty than I'd like but you tend to expect that with ribeyes. My wife had the chicken carciafi. She loved how the chicken and artichoke was prepared. We took home a slice of carrot cake. It was the perfect night cap. The beef capaccio was amazing. Lots of flavor with the parmesean shavings, picked onions, capers and arugula topping. The garlic bread pieces were crispy and delicious as well. I absolutely love this place. It is such a vibe!!! I always come here for the music, and the singer is an absolute gem, along with his lovely wife. The atmosphere is just unmatched. The manager, Billy, is fantastic. He is so helpful and welcoming every time. I live here part-time and can't get enough of this spot. It's a must-visit for me whenever I'm in town. The food is just as incredible. Their garbage salad is to die for, and I highly recommend the meatballs and chicken piccata. They serve some of the finest Italian dishes in the neighborhood and one of the spots I'm glad I tried. My brother's boss recommend it to us and it exceeded our expectations. Food/Drinks: There were three of us, who weren't super hungry. We ordered the three dishes mentioned above. All our faves. The Osso bucco and Bone In veal parmigiana are off-menu items that were presented to us by our waiter. He had our mouths' watering after mentioning these dishes. What I enjoyed is the tenderness of the veal and the sauce and al dente pasta completed the dish. The dirty caesar is a a caesar salad but with tomatoes, avocado, and a few other ingredients. The dressing is light and not heavy on the palate. I had the old fashion and my brother had their dirty martinis. They are known for their martinis and boy these martinis were strong! Service/Ambiance: The service is top notch. I wish I remembered our servers name, but he made our time here pleasant and worth remembering. The ambiance is fine dining, so dress code is "look your best". The lights are dimmed that make the ambiance a good time. Overall, I would recommend Piero's for your Italian desires. FOOD: Excellent food selections and the food was delicious with the perfect portion sizes. Wasn't crazy about the carrot cake for dessert though, it wasn't very moist at all, a little on the drier side. AMBIANCE: Old glamour but high end. Great ambience but a little on the darker side but also an intimate, romantic ambiance. There is no outdoor seating for drinks or dinner. ENTERTAINMENT: They typically have entertainment on Fridays and Saturdays but we missed it due to being on a different side of the restaurant. SERVICE: The staff there are very attentive and informative and like to make sure you're well taken care of. There are bathroom attendants that you should be prepared to tip. They actually supply you with your hand soap by pumping it into your hand and then they prepare the towels for you to dry them afterwards. Very old school high end but a nice touch. DRESS CODE: Business casual to dressy. They don't allow ripped or torn clothing. When I first pulled up, I saw a sign saying that all cars needed to stop and that Pieros was valet only and there was no self parking. I was fine with that so I stopped my vehicle at the stop sign. Then the valet lady jumped in front of my vehicle almost to try to block the car with her body because she assumed I was going to try to move forward without checking in with her first. This was scary because she would have obviously turned into a pancake.I didnt like that she assumed I didnt read the sign, because I did. Then I roll down my window and before I could even say anything she says "uber pickup?" I was highly offended that she mistook me for an uber driver instead of someone who wanted to dine at the restaurant. My car has no uber stickers of any kind. I told her no I want to dine here. She didnt seem very intelligent. So my interactions with the valet put me in a bad mood before I even stepped foot into the restaurant. Once inside, I sat a the bar and the bartender Ian was fantastic. He was super friendly and attentive. The food was standard Italian food, nothing to write home about. I really wanted to like this place based on all the reviews and looking at their menu online. What a tragic meal with unseasoned chicken marsala and bland lobster pasta. I had the claims casino which were so small that you barely could taste them. Wife asked the waiter if the shrimp were fresh and he proceeded to tell her there is no fresh shrimp in restaurants except in Florida. What an utterly stupid thing to say. Been to many restaurants that fly in fresh seafood daily like Joes. She got the shrimp anyway and they were rubbery This actually had to be one of the worst meals we had in Vegas. What a piece of history this restaurant is! Fully free valet parking so just drive up and then the attendant will park your car for you. Funny part, parking lot is right there and you can see your car and can park yourself. Walked in and its low ceiling and dimmer lights. The bar is not flashy at all, it's old fashion kind where you're there to grab your pre-dinner cocktail before you get seated. The host walked up to us and walked us to our table in the middle of the dining room to the right. Love the ambiance of this place. Definitely this restaurant has been around for years. Went with a group of 6, good and decent wine list, tasty bread. My husband and I shared the Caesar salad which was super delicious. Amazing Italian food that is off the strip. When you walk in they have it decorated so beautifully. The staff is very friendly. They have great appetizers, I started with the Mozzarella Fritti which was incredible. My husband had the short rib, and I did the penne pasta with marina sauce ( I'm simple ) but nonetheless everything was extremely good. Their cheesecake was incredible. You know how back in the day Piero's used to be good? Yeah... it's not that anymore. Honestly, the best thing we ate was the free bread and butter. It was actually delicious. Everything else was below average. The crab claws were served too cold, and the sauce was just...not good. The "garbage salad" was garbage, aptly named. The eggplant parm was...whatever, and the osso buco was heavy, greasy, and honestly kind of gross--it sat in my stomach like a brick well into the next day. Dessert didn't redeem anything. The cannoli was bland and not worth a single calorie--like eating cardboard with an indistinguishable filling. We spent over $600, and it felt like a complete waste. Never going back. read more

Met up with a few girlfriends at Piero's, and overall it was a lovely dining experience. The restaurant is nicely designed with a classic, upscale feel, and they offer free valet parking, which was a great convenience. We were seated in the newer addition of the restaurant. It made it slightly tricky to navigate and I accidentally bumped someone with my purse just walking to our table. That said, once seated, the ambiance was cozy, with dark, moody lighting that gave it a sophisticated vibe. Our server was amazing and attentive, helpful, and made great recommendations. For an appetizer, I had the crab cakes, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. I went with the chicken Parmesan for my entrée, and it did not disappoint comforting, flavorful, and just what I was craving. My friends also enjoyed their meals, though I can't remember exactly what they ordered. To drink, I paired my meal with a glass of Prosecco, while my friends opted for the hibiscus mocktail, which they both really enjoyed. I was the only one who ordered dessert and chose the crème brûlée. It came with a surprising twist with Nutella at the bottom! I've never had it served that way before, and it was absolutely delicious. I'd return for that dessert alone! A special shoutout to the hostess, who took a moment to share some fun history about the décor and the space itself and it added a nice personal touch to the evening. My husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Piero's! Omg!! We had our wedding dinner here in October 2024, we had 11 guests total, and everyone loved Piero's! We recently went for our 1 year anniversary, just us, and had a wonderful time. The drinks are amazing. The espresso martini will put some hair on your chest!! We had wine this particular evening. We had meatballs, garlic bread, the garbage salad, and we both had the most famous dish, the osso bucco. It's so tender, it is absolutely delicious. The garbage salad is fresh and yummy. Went for business meal. Great atmosphere, service is excellent. The food , I felt could be better. I had the chicken parm and my associate had one of the specials. The chicken parm was a very thin piece of chicken breast covered in a very thin sauce and cheese -almost felt it was fired too long. My associate enjoyed his meal, only making the comment that "New York Italian is better". Still gave 4 stars because of the experience - perhaps we hit a bad night, don't know. I enjoyed so much that we had to come back again before we left Vegas. The veal parm is a MUST. It is cooked to perfection and their sauce.... unmatched. It's butterflied and perfect for sharing. That garbage Caesar I am still thinking about. Such a different flavor in their dressing and I love the hearts of palm, avocado, and shrimp addition. We also got their carrot cake which was HUGE and had a different carrot cake spin to it than a regular carrot cake. Came for dinner to celebrate my friends 50th birthday. Made reservations the same day for a party of 8. When we entered we were greeted right away and seated promptly. We had two waiters attending our table and both were very knowledgeable and kind. Our table had order many dishes off of the menu. Has some meatballs, calamari, salad and beef carpaccio for appetizers. The meat balls were so tender and very flavorful. The beef carpaccio was amazing. It melted in your mouth. So, delicious. Majority of our table ordered the chicken parm. I tasted my husband's and it was by far the best I've had. I had the linguine and clams and was very pleased with the amount of clams that was in my dish. For dessert they had brought out a display of desserts to look and choose from. First time here on Valentines Day, they do not allow self park so it was instant valet, which they are very courteous with. Already five star treatment. Walking in, there is such a warm and inviting glow to the place. Live jazz not too loud at all. We were early for a 9pm reservation but were seated within 10 minutes if that. Started with a lemon drop cocktail that was very skillfully balanced and a maple old fashioned for my date. Food was timed great and very fresh. Started with charcuterie & burrata. Entrees were specials of the night the Dover sole and veal. Then went for dessert even though the portions are very generous. They weren't advertising their rice pudding on their dessert display but we asked and they had it, ended up being complimentary. Servers were excellent and the place was pretty packed for the holiday evening. They handed out roses to all the ladies which some forgot theirs so they handed them all to me to take home!
