I was originally very pleased with it/ wore it for 2 1/2 years and looked down and a prong had snapped/ devistated I immediately went to the store and was quoted $250.00+ for a repair to the prong? I felt I really had no choice but was rather disgusted that it had not held up better? I then received a call from the manager Lori, stating that all 4 prongs would have to be completely replaced? I was dumbfounded and said that it was ridiculous that after only a short period of owning this brand new setting that this could be possible. She said she wanted to ask the jeweler on hand more about it. after a day or so I got another call from Lori stating that there had been a mistake and that it was someone else's ring that was almost exactly like mine? with a similar name as mine and she was sorry and the 1 prong was going to be fixed. I then waited ( roughly 10+days) and was then notified it was ready/ I went to retrieve it and she attempted to offer me a gift card for my inconvenience?/ I said no and she then went into the back brought my ring out and said because I was so upset that there was no charge. I said I truly appreciated that and left. not even 3 months later I looked do at my finger and the prong was gone again... I immediately returned to the store and was extremely upset/ They then brought out another gentleman who identified himself as the buyer/ I don't recall his name. He assured me that he was going to be handling this himself and was going to contact the manufacturer of the setting I purchased originally and have them handle this because of the obvious poor workmanship! I was very apprehensive of leaving this beautiful ring that was what my Mother left me upon her death with them again/ He assured me it would only be about 10 days and that he would keep me notified personally with updates. I waited 3 weeks and finally called/ He was sick? I wanted a date of when the ring would be returned to me I was told it was shipping on 6-16-25 and it would be a couple of days ? so on 6-19-25 I called and was transferred to Lori again/ I asked her where it was? she said " oh it's do here any day and we haven't gotten our shipment today. I still have heard nothing about the status of my mothers ring. I would and will never recommend anyone use this Jeweler / the customer service is atrocious and obviously my ring is lost? and or not repaired.... I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the nys attorney general's office about this situation. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!! the stress and heartache this experience has done to my nerves is not fixable. Disgusted doesn't even cover it. Laura Payne.

When I explained that the jeweler was long since closed, she said, " we wouldn't make something like that!" in a very dismissive tone. She never offered to show me anything in the case. DO NOT GO HERE, avoid at all costs!…read more Absolutely horrible experience, ruined my wedding ring and so rude and unprofessional. Do not risk bringing your jewelry here, they will ruin it and take no responsibility, it's clear they don't know what they're doing. Brought my wedding ring in for a loose main prong, received it back weeks later with the prong even looser than when I brought it to them, with two stones completely missing which were perfectly fine before, and a huge black resin burn on the main diamond. Not only did they not fix what they were supposed to, they sent my ring back mangled. I have no idea how or why this would happen and how they wouldn't notice this before returning it to me. They also apparently don't take photos or videos of rings before and after repair for documentation, which is wildly unprofessional and is basically jewelry repair 101. Thankfully I took my own photos as evidence, as we're suing the company for the cost to repair the damage they did. They also don't do the repairs in store, which they weren't transparent about, and send it out to god knows where, so be further warned that it's a massively sketchy and unprofessional operation. On top of having no skills as a jeweler, their customer service is atrocious and they treat customers like garbage once they have your money. When I called to discuss my concerns with the state of my ring, the old woman working was immediately defensive, insulting, rude, and accused me of lying and swore at me. Not sure what I would gain by lying about their botched job, I just wanted the situation rectified. She also admitted they don't do repairs in house and don't take pictures or document what is damaged and what they fixed, insanely unprofessional and a scam of a business. They should be ashamed of how they damage pieces that mean the world to people, and then treat and talk to customers horribly. Save soo much time, frustration and heartbreak and go to a business with actual skill and integrity and who treats their customers as they deserve. Edited to address business comments below: Ma'am, I did not swear at you, and have the recorded call as proof of your unprofessionalism and rudeness. You did offer to 'fix' the damage, but who in their right mind would trust you with their jewelry for a second time to fix the issues you carelessly caused, after you sent back my ring with the original issue not fixed, and more damage added on top of it, that you didn't even notice? Insane. For you to say 'I did not want this done', is wild, I shouldn't have to bring my ring back to repair burns you left while not even fixing my issue. Potential customers, do you really want to put your trust and jewelry in the hands of unknown 'contractors'? Very sketchy. Even if my mom was happy with past, non complex, jobs you did, it doesn't mean this one wasn't a total disaster that you did not take accountability for. Everyone, save the headache and lawyer fees and go to someone sane and professional!

We have been customers of hers for decades and continue to be so despite our having moved out of the US. I went to Sondra's 9 years ago because I always heard them advertising on ESPN Radio. Anthony spent hours with me teaching me all about Diamonds and Rings. He ordered many diamonds and helped me pick just the right one. He explained the reasons behind each metal and why I would want to choose a platinum setting for our Tiffany style engagement ring. This was crucial as the ring went 8 years before it experienced any damage. I was in my early 20s and Sondra's let me make weekly payments for many many months without interest or fees until the ring was paid off and I was ready to propose. We moved out of state and were still planning our wedding. We corresponded by email with Anthony about the wedding bands knowing we would only see them 2 days before the wedding and they had to be perfect as there would be no time to change them out. They were perfect. This weekend we went back to Sondra's to have the aforementioned damage repaired and I haven't seen Anthony in probably 5 years and he remembered me and remembered where I worked 5 years ago. Amazing. The repairs were fantastic and super affordable. I am forever in debt to Anthony and Sondra's for teaching me about jewelery and changing my life. Thank you!

We were so happy with the service that my husband and I returned to buy a woman's Omega Constellation watch. They adjusted the links to fit my wrist. At the time of purchase, they did not have the international warranty card for said watch. This raised a red flag, since any luxury watch without the warranty card is practically worthless. Upon purchase, I was told that they would mail a copy to me. This is not the norm as I have purchased luxury watches before. I happily wore my new watch out the store, That same evening, the link suddenly fell off the watch. To my dismay and horror, this has never happened to me before. I was lucky to catch the watch before it fell to the ground. I was extremely upset all weekend and the jeweler was closed on Sunday. I was unable to remedy the situation until early Monday morning. It's quite a drive back to Northeastern Fine Jewelry as I don't live near there. When I explained what happened to the salesman, he was unapologetic and made no attempt to make things right. After such a traumatic experience, I completely lost faith in their workmanship and decided to return the watch. The salesman silently and awkwardly processed the return transaction and was very unsympathetic. This has been the worst shopping experience and it makes me wonder how they are even an authorized Omega watch dealer.
