For the prices they charge, I expected far better service and a cleaner environment. On top of that, the "store" itself was dirty and poorly maintained (the two women there smell terribly). Several areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the general disorganization made it difficult to find anything. It's frustrating to pay premium prices in a place that doesn't even meet basic standards of cleanliness or customer care. I went to Sondra's 9 years ago because I always heard them advertising on ESPN Radio. Anthony spent hours with me teaching me all about Diamonds and Rings. He ordered many diamonds and helped me pick just the right one. He explained the reasons behind each metal and why I would want to choose a platinum setting for our Tiffany style engagement ring. This was crucial as the ring went 8 years before it experienced any damage. I was in my early 20s and Sondra's let me make weekly payments for many many months without interest or fees until the ring was paid off and I was ready to propose. We moved out of state and were still planning our wedding. We corresponded by email with Anthony about the wedding bands knowing we would only see them 2 days before the wedding and they had to be perfect as there would be no time to change them out. They were perfect. This weekend we went back to Sondra's to have the aforementioned damage repaired and I haven't seen Anthony in probably 5 years and he remembered me and remembered where I worked 5 years ago. Amazing. The repairs were fantastic and super affordable. I am forever in debt to Anthony and Sondra's for teaching me about jewelery and changing my life. Thank you!
