Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. What's really sad, is when I lived in Orlando, I was always super excited to walk into one of the two Pandora stores. I always had such fun looking over all the beads with the store employees. Now, I actually dread walking into the Jacksonville Pandora store and it really, really sucks. =( I initially gave a 3 star rating when I started writing this review, but as I wrote more and more, my heart sank thinking about how awful my experiences have been here. So I took away the 3rd star and dropped them down to 2 stars. If, by some miracle, service gets better here, I'll update my review. But it's already been a year since they opened, so I really don't see it happening!

So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.

I went earlier today and got my conch piercing done by Ariana! Upon entering, the store was very…read moreclean and cute. I was greeted at the front and immediately tended to. The pricing was explained as well as all of the appropriate piercings for what I wanted were shown. I filled out my waiver which included information from the FDOH (also sign posted in front about FDOH certification) and was quickly ready to go. I was then led to the back where a sterile set up was ready for me! Ariana assessed my ear and confirmed my anatomy was appropriate for this piercing, as well as the chosen piece of jewelry. She set up a sterile field with medical grade materials including gauzes, sterile lubricant, sterile gloves, alcohol swabs, etc. and cleaned my ear before she showed me two spots I could place my piercing. Upon choosing, she confirmed my allergies and cleaned my ear with betadine, allowing me to take a deep breath and exhale before introducing the sterile needle into my ear. My experience was superb! I felt everything was very well done, thorough and clean. My aftercare was explained and information for my backing replacement at a future time was written for me. Everyone was wonderful and I had a great experience. Will recommend to all and will be returning!

However, upon checking later, I found that this information was incorrect. As it was my first visit to Rowan, I later realized after leaving that my tip also covered the cost of the jewelry. Personally, I have never tipped anyone for purchasing jewelry, and I would not have been charged a tip if purchasing the jewelry online. I had no issue tipping for the service, but I ended up paying an excessively large tip (3 digits) as it appeared on the screen because the jewelry price was included. Is this customary?

It's pretty secure and they don't take any tomfoolery up in there. I was guided toward the back corner for my ring cleaning and while I waited I noticed security walking around. Again, they don't play in here. There's a waiting area with books, particularly wedding and bridal books and tea/coffee/water. You can get two types of cleanings here and you don't need an appointment. I quick clean which takes a few minutes and comes out nice and warm. The other is a deep clean that takes a couple or hours and you can drop off your ring. I just wanted a quick one and trust me, it really makes a difference you can see. I also asked about an antique ring I had with me and while they couldn't precisely tell me much about it, she gave me a great referral of who could. I also asked about getting my ring resized as my fingers are getting smaller and she stated that when I'm ready I could set up an appointment to get it complementary resized (thanks babe). That was all I needed and wished her a good day. That was a really great visit.

They had about 10 diamonds for us to see. Mostly in our size and budget except for one that was slightly smaller but was IF - internally flawless and another that was larger but a little lower on the clarity scale. We found the perfect diamond. They clean your jewelry for free. And everyone there is super nice and accommodating. They have lab grown and natural diamonds along with GIA certificates. When you first walk in that first display is amazing and you want it all lol.

Now I see why this business is one of the few that survived here over the last 20 years, even as Regency Mall went bankrupt! They started off as a kiosk, and now run a full service jewelry shop. Their boutique roots give them the edge on providing stellar customer service, plus they carry unique and custom pieces you won't find at chain brand jewelry stores. They were busy when I arrived, however, I didn't have to wait to be served. I was greeted right away by Michelle, and in less than a minute, I was being assisted by the owner of the store. It cost me only $12 and 4 minutes to get the battery swapped out, and they even reset the time and cleaned it up for me. I have visited other repair shops in the area and had great experiences, however, this place was by far the fastest service I ever received for a watch battery replacement. Plus I enjoyed the friendly and engaging conversation with the employees at this location.

But I didn't want to pay a lot for material…read more Just so happened, I was in the area, and I was super early for work, I decided to in Hobby Lobby. To my surprise, 40% off fabric. I didn't have time to really look at all they had, but it stayed on my mind all day, while I was at work. It must have been a sign to get it before the sale is over. I needed fabric for 2 projects. One is a royal blue, and they had the perfect fabric for this one. The other one, I needed a gold color. I saw one, I was unsure, but since it was on sale, I decided to get it. I only needed 2 yards. The fabric department is busy! I was like the 3rd in line. It was a gentleman assisting everyone, he was very nice and super friendly. When it got to me, there was an employee trade off, she asked him to go and assist a gentleman, that needed something heavy or big taken down. As the lady assisted me, she asked me what I was going to make, I told her a couple of headboards. She was shocked. We were talking about the person I follow on YouTube Yoduvh Essentials, I showed her a couple of videos, I think she is now inspired to do a project as well. I didn't get everything I need for the project, because the other stuff never goes on sale. But at least I got the material.

From the second we came in, they made us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. The shop was spotless, adorable, and had such a cute, girly vibe. Erica was so friendly and helpful, and Allison was incredibly patient and professional. Even though the mall was about to close, she never rushed us. She took her time with each of us, answered all of our questions, reassured us through the whole process, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. This was such a special bonding day for me, my daughter, and my sister, so it meant a lot that we were treated with so much care.
