Now I see why this business is one of the few that survived here over the last 20 years, even as Regency Mall went bankrupt! They started off as a kiosk, and now run a full service jewelry shop. Their boutique roots give them the edge on providing stellar customer service, plus they carry unique and custom pieces you won't find at chain brand jewelry stores. They were busy when I arrived, however, I didn't have to wait to be served. I was greeted right away by Michelle, and in less than a minute, I was being assisted by the owner of the store. It cost me only $12 and 4 minutes to get the battery swapped out, and they even reset the time and cleaned it up for me. I have visited other repair shops in the area and had great experiences, however, this place was by far the fastest service I ever received for a watch battery replacement.
