I came here for just a ring cleaning and to ask some questions. The place is absolutely gorgeous inside and everyone is so nice. It's pretty secure and they don't take any tomfoolery up in there. I was guided toward the back corner for my ring cleaning and while I waited I noticed security walking around. Again, they don't play in here. There's a waiting area with books, particularly wedding and bridal books and tea/coffee/water. You can get two types of cleanings here and you don't need an appointment. I quick clean which takes a few minutes and comes out nice and warm. The other is a deep clean that takes a couple or hours and you can drop off your ring. I just wanted a quick one and trust me, it really makes a difference you can see. I also asked about an antique ring I had with me and while they couldn't precisely tell me much about it, she gave me a great referral of who could. I also asked about getting my ring resized as my fingers are getting smaller and she stated that when I'm ready I could set up an appointment to get it complementary resized (thanks babe). That was all I needed and wished her a good day. That was a really great visit. read more

Oh how I love anything with diamonds. And this store has it all! We were looking to upgrade my center diamond and they asked us about size, budget etc. Then we made an appointment to come back. They had about 10 diamonds for us to see. Mostly in our size and budget except for one that was slightly smaller but was IF - internally flawless and another that was larger but a little lower on the clarity scale. We found the perfect diamond. They clean your jewelry for free. And everyone there is super nice and accommodating. They have lab grown and natural diamonds along with GIA certificates. When you first walk in that first display is amazing and you want it all lol. read more

From beginning to end I had an immeasurable amount of help. I came in lost and terrified but that all pretty much went away because the people there were amazing! I was taken to school lol now here me out. I didn't know much about diamonds and what to look for, different kinds, clarity and so fouth but I was shown much information that was easy to understand. I wanted something custom and after some variations and rendering this princess cut masterpiece was born. The place is extremely clean, multiple kinds of refreshments coming in straight to the back where there is seating and a nice view of the water. Everyone is very intelligent and know exactly what they are doing. I felt at home everytime I came in and so very welcomed. I recommend this place to anyone trying to look for a ring or other jewelry. As for price that depends on what you want and yes I definitely did go overboard but it was worth it in the end. Thank you for everything Diamonds Direct and look forward to seeing yall again! read more

These guys are great. Got to work with a guy named John. Very helpful and extremely kind. I went in, in the hope they could polish a necklace I've owned for about 8 years. I am a pilot and have been flying since I was 16. My mother got me this necklace on my very first flight and I have worn it on every flight I went on since. It was very dirty and corroded with some green stuff. I did not know the material it was made out of or what was happening to it. They were able to figure out it was sterling plated and knew exactly how to fix it. They were pretty fast and got back to me with my necklace in under 10 minutes. Best part was they didn't even charge me for it. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Very happy with their work. read more

Shopping for an engagement ring is truly daunting. I have not looked for long when a good friend of mine recommended Diamonds Direct. Prior to the shopping I had done limited research just so I won't be duped into buying a dud. I've learned from this experience that having a budget range is a must & to let the sales person know so they can help. Our guy was Zach & he really helped steer us to the 'one'. If you're shopping for an engagement ring or any jewelry with precious stones I highly recommend Diamonds Direct. read more

I attended a special event at Diamonds Direct a few weeks ago. They had a free happy hour that included Fogo de Chao cooking up some good stuff in front of the store. As well as wine, beer and champagne inside. When I first walked into the store I couldn't believe the huge turn out! Then, I was in awe of the beauty of the store. The lighting alone must have cost a fortune. Plus it's a huge showroom! The lighting made everything sparkle, including my eyes lol. It took roughly 15 minutes for an associate to be free so they could assist me. Which was understandable as the place was packed. I recently received a promotion at work and wanted to treat myself. I saw a pair of three-prong diamonds earrings, .31TW, white gold. The associate Jordan H. was a delight! I was purchasing for my second earring hole, so I didn't want anything too big. What impressed me the most about Jordan is she did not try to upsell me to a bigger diamond earring. After I tried the earrings on she agreed with me that the size I selected was perfect. I appreciate it so much not being pressured to spend more than I had intended! They had some sales going on, so my purchase cost me, after tax, $471. Not bad for such high quality earrings! This was my first time ever walking into a jewelry store and making this type of purchase. The whole experience was great! I can't forget to tell you they have a children's play room. There were a few kids in there enjoying themselves while their parents shopped. And the bathrooms were very fancy! Made me think I was in a swanky hotel lol. If you are looking for high quality jewelry and excellent service you must stop by and check out Diamonds Direct. read more

This is "Full Experience" kind of jewelry store. If you want to be wined and dined while you drop some major dough on something sparkly this is your kinda place! It's beautiful inside, complete with pretty ladies showing you all the gorgeous jewelry, I did appreciate they had some more modern styles and under the lights the stones sparkle so nice and I do love a nice diamond, but be prepared to spend a lot to take it home! read more

Helpful staff and did a great job fixing my ring after having some minor issues! Appreciate the follow up and care!

We bought my engagement ring and wedding band (along with multiple additional items since) here. We got on to have my ring checked and cleaned periodically and thank goodness we fed. One of the prongs had broken. Thanks to the lifetime guarantee, there was no cost to us. I just got got it back all polished up and it looks like it did the day we bought it. Arielle is wonderful to work with and will research items, let you know about upcoming sales, we always ask for her when we are there. This is our go-to for fine jewelry!!!!!!! read more

We have always bought our rings from here and never had a issue until recently. But i have been shocked at the customer service we have received. Dropped my rings off for a cleaning and one to be fixed because diamonds keep falling out of it. They said they would be done in two weeks. never got an update or heard anything from them. Called on the due date and they hadnt even looked at my rings or cleaned them. Then they had to keep the ring to be fixed And said they would mail to me when its fixed. No updates for a month at least and kept calling and never got straight answers. Finally spoke with a lady who did assist me. Got my ring shipped to me finally after two months and the ring is warped and bent. How could this happen and who checks the rings? Did they think I wouldnt notice that my straight band is not bent and twisted?? No longer a fan and will buy any more rings from here. read more

I had an absolutely perfect experience at DD from start to finish. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in my 39 years on this Earth. Began with my now fiancé and I and our two kids stopping on a Sunday after a day of hiking in workout clothes. Dusty. Probably didn't smell great. Nicole A. helped us out and was completely professional and did not judge or assume anything based on the way we were dressed or looked. She listened attentively, and quickly narrowed down what we were looking for with a variety of choices and styles to meet my budget. She clearly had down this before. After picked out the setting and style, I dropped by again to select the diamonds and the cut. Nicole again was a 10 of 10. She was there every step of the way and truly cares about her clients' experience from start to finish, and was up front and honest about pricing. All diamonds were GIA certified and came with an independent written appraisal. I'd recommend them to anyone. Ask for Nicole!! read more

The most accommodating and friendly staff. I bought my fiance's engagement ring and our wedding bands here. Now, we bought our wedding bands during a promotional period about 4 months away from our wedding. Cut to January 2020 - we're out of warranty, and our wedding is 3 weeks away. My fiance decides she wants to change her wedding band because it felt uncomfortable while trying it on around the house. Since we've been loyal customers ring the ring was basically unused, they allowed us to exchange the ring and keep the promotional pricing! And luckily we found something in the display that 1) my fiance loved and 2) would be able to be resized before the wedding. Crisis averted! We'll be sure to keep coming here for our fine jewelry needs! read more

This jewelry store understands how important customer service is and how imperative it is to treat your customers with respect. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted, asked what you are looking for, and offered a beverage. Nicole is a great sales rep, very patient and knowledgable. Really, the entire staff is very nice and knowledgeable! They are all always smiling and you can tell they love what they do! The two bosses, Kelly and Shuckie, are also very pleasant. They have such a wide variety of stones/jewels and settings you are guaranteed to find what you're looking for here. They can also build your vision. Even when it was Global Diamonds, the service was wonderful and they have carried that same platinum customer service as Diamonds Direct. I highly recommend Diamonds Direct, and honestly, I wont go anywhere else. read more

Turning a new leaf from my horrible experience here. My husband eventually lost his ring at sea after being married for 3 years . We went to diamond direct to get it replaced (used to be global diamond when we bought it) they still has record of our purchase and was able to order the identical right. Order was place and received in 2 weeks. Size was correctly order. I also got my ring cleaned which was nice. They provide mask during Covid read more

I came here for an UNF alumni event, and even though I am not in the market for an engagement ring, I was impressed by the wide variety of rings and jewelry that they offer. I was even more impressed by the service of the owner and the staff. They were classy, friendly, and not pretentious at all. If I came back to buy anything, I would know that I would be treated the same as any other customer, regardless of status or budget. They offer multiple brands of engagement rings, and they host events for designers that offer special deals and the opportunity to try on rings. The space is bright and sparkly, making you want to buy something! read more

If you want bling this place has bling! There was enough sparkle from the diamonds I would have thought they could have been seen from space! This is a yearly event where things are 20% or more off all the jewelry there. Having heard them advertise I was curious to see the store and their jewelry. They had some of the makers there to talk to you about the pieces; it was nicely catered with wine, beer, juices and trays of cheese, crackers, strawberries, humus and such. I believe every person who walked in had their own customer representative who would walk around and show you any piece. Though they had a lot of diamonds they also had very high end rubies, emeralds, sapphires, pearls and semi-precious stones in rings, earrings, pendants and bracelets! I know a good selling point is they will let you buy there and pay without interest for people who have found that special piece that just can't live without! read more

I had very little expectations when looking for a wedding band for myself with my fiance. I expected to just go in and try on some bands and go home. But Amanda Robinson was amazing at making the experience so fun and enjoyable!! I bought my wedding bands here a year ago back when it was global diamonds. Loved the atmosphere of the place and the staff are very helpful and acknowledges you as soon as you step through the door. I came into Diamonds Direct looking to purchase an engagement ring after visiting two times prior with my girlfriend to browse. After working with one employee several times and running into issues several times regarding the financing for the ring, I decided I would pay cash for the ring I decided to get made. I was told it would take 4 weeks for my ring to be made so I planned my proposal accordingly with friends and family coming in town for the surprise. After hearing nothing from anybody several days past 4 weeks, I called and was told it was still not ready. After not hearing anything again for another almost 2 weeks, I called and was informed it was finally ready. When I came in and was showed the ring, it was made incorrectly! I was extremely disappointed and expressed it as now the ring would not be ready for the proposal date I had planned with not only family but a photographer. The apologies by the employee who presented me the ring seemed insincere and they even went as far to say "you could take this ring and propose with it, then bring it back and we can make it the right way". What woman being proposed to would like the idea of having to be proposed to with a ring made incorrectly then have it taken away and wait weeks to receive it again? Despite the fact I had to cancel all arrangements for the proposal, I wanted to have it made correctly and was told it would be 2 more weeks to get it remade and that it would be expedited. 2 weeks pass and I call, not ready. Finally after 3 weeks, I once again had to call myself and find out that it was finally ready and that I would be taken care of due to the fact that I was inconvenienced. Upon arriving I receive the ring and it was made correctly. When it came to them making their mistake right, I was discounted roughly 2%. This was somewhat of a slap in the face as I was not only inconvenienced twice, but I was unable to have family in town for my proposal due to rescheduling, etc.. I requested more of a discount and was approached by another employee who proceeded to tell me I had been quoted incorrectly for the band originally and that no further discount could be applied. Once again, a mistake on their end. We went back and forth, with them telling me "we can't just give you the ring" as if I was not paying thousands of dollars and despite the fact that I anticipated on doing future business with Diamonds Direct for wedding bands. I understand the way a business operates and I understand the margins they try to make, although upholding a company standard in terms of customer satisfaction should override in certain situations. The lack of customer service and seemingly insincere apologies were unacceptable and I will not be doing future business with Diamonds Direct. Regardless of the money I believe I should've been discounted, it's about the principal of customer service and the obligation a business should feel towards making their customer feel satisfied, ESPECIALLY when it is a decision such as an engagement ring. Extremely displeased with everything! read more

The Best Jewelry Store Ever! First and foremost I would like to say thank you to Arielle who helped me choose my engagement ring and how to choose the perfect ring for my future fiancé. We went in looking for a very specific design that they did not have in the store. Zach literally created the ring we were looking for after carefully taking us around, looking at different rings in the store, different stones, colors, shapes, etc. I swear its like he went into my head and saw exactly what I wanted and he just made it appear!! He took so much time with us, and he cared about getting us what we wanted, and he did exactly that! The ring was MORE than what I expected in terms of what it looked like... it could not be more perfect. This was not even remotely the most expensive ring in the store either, but he cared so much about making our ideas happen. I really could nit say anything more positive about him and the store. What we got for the price, and the experience, was just above and beyond our expectations. If you have to wait a few minutes because they are busy, trust me, it will be worth your wait. I cant say enough about how much I love the ring that Zach basically designed with us, and we were just so happy!! Go see him at Diamonds Direct!! read more

Was shopping for a diamond ring for my wife for our 30th anniversary. I had tried a local jewelry store and was told to look on their website for a diamond of my liking. They appeared to have nothing to show me and volunteered no information about a diamond purchase. They had no interest. I had batteries installed in my watch there on previous occasions, and that's the limited capacity in which they will play in the future. So, I decided to try Diamonds Direct (DD). They were very helpful in educating me about diamonds and had shown me several in my price range. However, being the educated consumer that I am, I checked with several online diamond stores to compare similar diamonds. I returned to DD and showed them comparables that I had found. After the salesman conferred with whom I believed was the manager, he presented me with a price that was almost $2500 less than previously quoted. Needless to say, I was ecstatic. The salesman, not so much. If I had known this beforehand, I would have gone with a more expensive ring. But my wife was thrilled with the ring, which absolutely dazzles in the light and brings many compliments! DD is a great establishment, but like purchasing any other high priced commodities (houses, cars), you have to do your homework. I highly recommend DD! read more

Diamonds Direct has been my "go to" for special occasions or just because surprises for my wife. It started several years ago with the typical "Let's see what this store is about". To our amazement, we have never looked anywhere else since. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They listen to our needs and are never pushy in their desire to sell something. Recently with our ten-year anniversary approaching, we wanted to enhance my wife's current wedding band/solitaire. Shawn Widell (My new best friend) took the time to speak with us, recommend a halo design, manage the work, and finally shared in bringing tears of joy to my wife when we received it. The work and service were amazing! The custom halo design is stunning and turned out better than the 3D model we used in the design process. We are proud to say Diamonds Direct will be our only stop for diamonds, custom jewelry and special occasions! Looking forward to many year of more "Happy Tears"! read more
