The problem was that a follow-up visit was required (tech accidentally left something disconnected) and they never showed the day we expected them. It took them 2 days to show up resulting in a warm frig and food loss $$$. He never looked for the problem, just checked the temp and declared it "working fine"! Since they only accept cash or check, we had little leverage to get a refund. Essentially, this is a very "old school" man working with a younger technician who actually does the work. George S. can be gruff, grumpy, forgetful and can't be bothered with this new-fangled "customer service" stuff. We will no longer work with vendors who do not accept debit or credit cards.
