They let me leave the watches there and called me when they were completed, which was very quickly, even though I had not made an appointment and they seemed busy with Christmas shoppers and other guests. When I returned I took in a ring I thought had a loose stone. Not only did they take a look at it they cleaned it for me as well. All at no charge.
