We met with Corrine twice before I was kicked out of the process! She helped create my perfect ring by combining elements from a couple different ones. I first came across The Engagement Ring Studio for a reason other than looking for an actual engagement ring, but I sat down with Corrine and after talking with her, I knew when that big day would come for me, THIS is where my ring would be created. Tips first: This studio is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. GPS will take you on a crazy ride, no where near the studio... so when you call for the appointment, ask for specific directions. It's in an office building, on the 2nd floor, so no store front or signage outside. Ladies: your man will probably go on this appointment by themselves, but do not worry, they are in good hands. Men: Corrine will set your budget, and hold your hand through the entire process, so you will know what cut and clarity are and mean.... and she also has beer in the studio to calm your fears and often hosts workshops, where you can indulge on wings! (Check out her website and FB page for her events and seminars!) With all that said, Corrine is an absolute dream and caters the buying experience for your man buying you the rock. She is budget conscious, can design a gorgeous ring, and will educate your SO on all the ins and outs of buying and designing the perfect ring for you. I knew I was a little picky in getting the ring I would wear for the rest of my life, so had a picture of what I wanted for Adam to take on his appointment. If it's a surprise.... no big deal. Corrine flew to Spain and selected a few stones for Adam to pick from, offering a few options. Then, they designed the band around the stone he picked.... and the result was a mind blowing, perfect engagement ring that I still look down at complete awe and wonder. I think he went on 3 or 4 appointments for the entire process... and he will tell you, it was all worth it. :) The time Corrine took with Adam was above and beyond... and when we finally get around to buying wedding bands.... there is NO other studio will we even visit. If I could give more stars, I would! Corinne is, HANDS DOWN, amazing and very knowledgeable in this industry!! She has been doing it for quite some time. She has over 100 Google reviews, ALL 5 STARS AND I CAN SEE WHY. Corinne has that motherly attitude, she will take care of you as if you were her child and she will NOT lead you into the dark. I don't know jack squat about rings, but after my consultation with her, I knew a heck of a lot more than I ever thought I would've known! When I was choosing out the engagement ring for my now fiancee, she presented options to me (it's all about the options guys I'm telling you). I was able to look at all the potential diamonds that I considered buying under a magnifying glass and Corinne was able to explain the 4 Cs in regards to each of the diamonds. In regards to pricing, totally beats out other shops. Because she independently owns her shop, the markups are not that much. She does so much volume, she doesn't need to mark them up. Same quality diamonds, way less price. Remember fellas, it's not how much you paid for the diamond, it's the actual QUALITY you will get from the diamond. If this was not the best retail experience we've ever had it's definitely in the top three !! My wife and I bought a new diamond for our 38th anniversary from another store before we heard of The Engagement Ring Studio. Saying the experience was a nightmare is putting it lightly ! The diamond fell out of it's setting on the second day after we got it and by some miracle we found it on the floor where we were at. We fought with the international store for 4 months insisting on a complete refund before we got it. During that four months we looked on Google and found Corinne. This was a learning experience of what a retail store should be like. Corinne took the time to explain and show us what to look for, questions to ask and how to compare diamonds. It was truly a learning experience that helped us thru our ordeal. We went back to Corinne after we settled with the first store and she helped us find the perfect diamond for my wife that we put in her original ring. We also had her refurbish all our original rings/bands and they look like new. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who genuinely looks out after her customers, treats them with respect and goes out of her way to make sure they are satisfied. It was also very nice that you schedule and appointment with her, and during the appointment you are the only ones in the store and have her undivided attention.
