So happy with my experience today! My daughter turned nine months and I decided it was time for her to get her ears pierced. I got a lot of recommendations from other parents that Piercing Pagoda is a great place to get it done. So, I did some research. And I was really pleased with what they had on their website about their employees/piercers. I called the day I wanted to get her ears pierced and asked when there would be two people available to pierce her ears at the same time. (Just to get it over with in one try instead of her freaking out from one piercing and trying to get her to do the other.) The lady that answered the phone said that two people will be available around 1 pm. So I booked an appointment. She also told me over the phone that depending on my daughter, we would be able to get two people to pierce her at one time, but if she is fussy or cannot be still for very long, it isn't guaranteed that both ears can be pierced at once. Which is definitely understandable. So, 1 pm comes. And I pick out some earrings. Pay. Then we get ready to pierce her ears. My daughter wasn't fussy at all. Just a little curious when they were marking her ears. I was instructed to hold her a certain way. And five seconds later, she got her ears pierced! It was quick and easy. She cried for about 30 seconds. And then she was completely fine. I was then given a rundown on how to properly clean her ears. Then I was on my way! I was super pleased with the staff and my experience! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting their children to get their ears pierced. read more

As a mom of two I'm not so crazy anymore with being overly cautious about EVERYTHING! But being a new mom of a baby girl brings different stresses I didn't go through with my son, like piercing her ears. Long story short this place did an awesome job from beginning to end. Agnes answered all of my annoying mom questions, walked me through the process step by step before starting and was amazing with my daughter. My daughter literally only cried for the initial piercing and immediately stopped, it's been 3 hours since and she has not cried once, her ears aren't even red or swollen. At fist I was a little scared to get my second piercing at a kiosk at the mall, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience! The whole process took less than 10 minutes which I appreciated. Although it was quick, Katie did not rush or skip through any helpful/useful information. She cleaned her hands, my ear and put gloves on. she was very professional and made sure that she covered over everything just like my experiences at a tattoo/piercing shop. Prices were great! I left home with three ear rings and a piercing for the price of one piercing at my usual tattoo shop. Overall a great experience! Piercing pagoda is a life saver, I bought a necklace from Walmart as a gift to my daughter un law and while trying to take the price tag off I broke the chain accidentally , so I googled a near by jewelry shop and piercing pagoda popped up. So I instantly rushed over there to replace the chain and to my surprise was greeted with exceptional customer service from Breanna. She quickly helped me match the perfect chain to the pendant I had and set me up with a year warranty and all. If I could give this place a 0 I would. The employee told me I could return or exchange an item if it breaks or I find something else I like and if it was more, then I could just pay the difference. So today I tried doing just that. The lady working there name Tatyana was not at all familiar with policy because she told me she would do the transaction for me to get a necklace that was cheaper than the one I originally picked. But when she went to call her manger Agnes, Agnes said I couldn't exchange for what I wanted. Then I asked to speak with her and she told Tatyana it was after business hours and she couldn't talk. But if it was so far after business hours how was she able to tell Tatyana what to do. It just didn't make any sense. I ended up Telling them I just wanted to necklace of lesser value and I would walk away. Agnes proceeded to call security like I was doing something wrong. I just wanted the necklace that matched my anklet. That's all. I didn't care if it cost less. I was the one losing money. Once I called cooperate and told them that corporate was going to give me more money than they were, they decided to give me a refund and store credit to get what I wanted. It just doesn't make sense. Agnes the manger needs help and Tatyana needs better training. Bottoms line I got stuff I wanted and more due to the stupidity of the manger read more

This store is horrible DO NOT spend you money or waste your time here!! NEVER buy the extended warranty because if it breaks and you lose it they will not replace it as they tell you when you buy the jewelry and pay the extended warranty!!!! Their customer service sucks as well as their customer service call center. Go somewhere else because they're not helpful in anyway to help you get your broken/defective jewelry back! I have been going to piercing pagoda for almost 9 years now. And I must say I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service. I took my teenager to get a second piercing in her ears. The store manager Agnes was great with her. My daughter decided she wanted to change what her and I agreed on and Agnes was able to talk to my daughter about making right choices when it comes to piercing ears and so on. Agnes and her staff was attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and that of course helps tremendously. I will recommend anyone wanting to get their child's ears pierced to go to Piercing Pagoda and see the store manager Agnes. Oh and last before I finish. She is one funny lady. This location has to have the WORST customer service ever! The manager named Anges was so rude she really should be fired. She told me her customer that I was giving her a hard time and Throw my receipt at me. I was in disbelief. She refused to help me or provide me with any names to her Employee who originally assist me and provided me with incorrect information. I would not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. The jewelry cheap and keeps breaking and when you try to get them to replace it even with the warranty they refuse to help you. I had to call corporate to get some kind of help and I'm awaiting call back now! I'll keep y'all posted on the outcome, but in the mean time I highly recommend to STAY away from this location.
