What a great experience! I'm 68 my pierced ears had closed and I couldn't get any earrings in. (I hadn't worn any in a year). Maggie was able to get them reopened and put in the most beautiful earrings! I'm so happy! She was very friendly and professional, putting all my apprehensions to rest right from the start. I also appreciated seeing her clean the entire chair (that I would sit/recline in) after the client ahead of me left. She then gloved-up to get started with my ears, but then I needed help doing something with my phone so she stopped to help me, asking if she could hold my phone to assist me with it. Once done with that, before continuing on to touch me or her instruments, she re-gloved which was the totally the right thing to do and it impressed me that she did so. So all in all I highly recommend her. 100%. If you want a piercing (and she does other things, too) go there, you'll be glad you did. read more

The placement and angles were spot on, and you can really tell she knows exactly what she's doing. Maggie was extremely professional, patient, and gentle throughout the entire process. Maggie is a child rockstar. We took our 7 yr old to her shop for ear piercing. Immediately, I sensed her kindness and care. She helped calm a very nervous little girl. Her shop was very clean and she spent a good amount of time sanitizing our daughter's ears and getting everything ready for the piercing. She kept a sterile environment for the needles and earrings. She has a cute selection of child earrings. Her post procedure instructions are very clear and also in writing . When we left our younger daughter turned around and gave Maggie a sweet hug. My 7-year-old daughter and I got our ears pierced with Maggie last week. I wanted my daughter to have a positive experience, and I wanted our piercings to be performed safely. Maggie delivered and more. She made sure the chair and all surfaces were sanitized, and everything she used was sterile. She even changed gloves between preparing our ears and actually piercing them. She is very pleasant and reassuring, and she took her time to thoughtfully make sure our piercings were even. We had to bring my two younger sons, one of whom cried almost the entire time because he was tired, but Maggie was incredibly patient and even helped soothe him. One thing I especially appreciated was that Maggie spoke directly to my daughter, explained everything she was going to do, asked for her opinion, and explained the aftercare to her. It made my daughter feel like a big girl, and it was very appropriate since this was her decision and Maggie honored that. I rarely see providers do this--usually people talk to me about my daughter and her body rather than to her. We love how our piercings turned out, and we had a truly wonderful experience with Maggie. I highly recommend her for both kids and adults. I don't know how her prices compare, but she is absolutely worth it for something so important and permanent. My daughter was so happy after her ear-piercing experience that she journaled about it and said I could share it in my review. read more
