Nataly did my brows from start to finish. My results were great. About 6 weeks later, I went in to get my eyebrows laminated and tinted again. They moved to a new studio in Trinity Groves. They have a new process. Now someone else does step 1 and nataly does the brow tint. The results are BAD. My eyebrows are crunchy, a lot of the hairs were burned off, and the hairs that are left look like they were crimped. I messaged Nataly and was told to keep putting eyebrow serum on because it's dry outside. She also said I must be sleeping on my face. Come on now.... Just admit it. My eyebrows were overprocessed and they were fried off. The service is by no means cheap either. Now I have a wedding coming up, and my brows are patchy, unruly, and curly. So upset. I will NEVER go back.
