It has taken FOUR months to get them to re-bill the second insurance and get a refund. I'm still calling to follow up as they say it is still processing. Reading the poor reviews on google, the issues seems to lie in their registration process. Please hire a real MA with billing and registration experience. Urgent care charges very expensive might as well hire competent front desk staff that doesn't make patients do all the registration on their phone. And okay, I can do it on my phone. I even pre registered at home on my computer. I am meticulous, prepared, and had insurance cards with me, but then their practice did not file my second insurance correctly. The Care quality was average as expected. I only came here because of good reviews. Taking a closer look at the reviews. It's the recent reviews that are bad and older reviews that are good. I don't know if they changed management or something.

This was not my first time visiting this location, and every previous visit had been a good experience. Unfortunately, this time was very different. I do not understand why I was not informed beforehand about the issue with my insurance. I have been to this urgent care before, and I booked my appointment in advance. If there was any issue or change regarding my insurance, someone should have contacted me before I came in. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that there was an issue with my insurance. When I asked for the reason, I was told they did not know. I feel that my time was wasted because I could have gone to another urgent care where I could have received the care I needed. I was then told that if I wanted to keep my appointment, I would have to pay out of pocket. I did not appreciate being put in that situation after arriving at the clinic. The clinic should notify patients ahead of time when something important changes or there is an issue with their appointment or insurance. This would allow patients to decide whether to keep the appointment, cancel it, or go somewhere else. Patients should not have to arrive at the clinic only to be given unexpected information. What if someone's condition was serious or an emergency? Better communication with patients is necessary. I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled yesterday.

I arrived a few minutes before my arrival time so that I could check-in. Upon walking to the check-in area, I was. It greeted but instead received a look like "What do you want?". I made the young, light-skinned female aware that I made an appointment online and was checking in While waiting I attempted to use the restroom but no paper towels were present. I made the front desk aware and one attendant later came back with a box of Kleenex. One would think that they would have these supplies available as the world battles the coronavirus pandemic. It took almost thirty minutes to be called back for my rapid test. I was going to give this location 2-stars, but the nurse who called me back (Griselda) was very sweet. She made the visit bearable.

Bad communication, bad diagnosis, push you doing a survey and you aren't even out of the place yet. Still waiting on my call back. They know they messed up, so doubt I will hear from them. Save your life and choose another location. These people will kill you from utter incompetence! Lemme help my fellow yelpers on the front end. Don't go! Go somewhere else!!

It was close to home so I was excited and hopeful that I had found a new doctor. A couple weeks ago I went in for an annual exam. My appointment was at 3:00. I arrived a few minutes early and sat in the waiting area. Around 3:30 I was called back. I was asked why I was there by the assistant. I felt it was strange this was not notated in my chart. Anyway, she checked my weight, oxygen and blood pressure (which registered extremely low) then sent back to the waiting area as there were no rooms available. About 20 minutes after that I was called back and the assistant was going to check my vitals. I told her that was already done so back to the waiting room I go. This office was definitely not impressing me at this point. Maybe five minutes after that, I get called back and I am put in a room. I waited until 4:30 until Dr. Uzo finally came in. During my long wait for the doctor I did consider just walking out. Dr. Uzo seemed nice and asked me some health questions. She addressed the low blood pressure (which after talking to my daughter, who is a nurse, said they used too big a cuff on me which is why it registered so low). Around 4:45, I was taken to have my blood drawn by the office manager. She printed the labels that were to be attached to the vials and handed them to me with no explanation. I asked what I was to do with them and then she tells me to verify my name was correct. It was a strange interaction. When she was finished with the draw, she said I could go to the front and make my next appointment. She left me sitting in the chair. So I lifted the arm rest myself to get out of the chair and found my way back to the front of the office to leave. It would have been nice to be walked out instead of just left sitting there. All in all, I was there for two hours for a simple blood draw. A friend thinks they forgot about me in the room and they realized I was there when I came out to use the restroom during my long wait for the doctor. Sadly, I will not be back and will continue my search for a new primary care doctor.
