This is the absolute worst business ever. I purchased a dresser on Friday and it said it was same day delivery it was around 12 the website said if it was after 2 then it would be the next day. I understood and just was excited that it was coming on Saturday had someone wasted their day and no one came and finally got a call around 5 saying that I had to wait till Monday and to pick a time frame . I was very upset but I still told them it's ok and brushed it off and I told them 10-12 would be fine. Monday comes around and the contact me around 1130 and day they can't do it in the time frame that i would have to choose a different day since I couldn't be home that day I was upset and told them fine I'll get off work and wait and the guy I spoke said ok it should be delivered today . I got off 5 hours early from my job just for them to call me around 7 pm and tell me that they can't deliver it that day and I could get only $50 dollars back . At this point I am beyond upset and let them know I no longer wanted to talk to an associate that I wanted to talk to someone higher and they said they couldn't because it was late and I let them know that someone had to call me cause it was super unprofessional of them. The lady then told me she would schedule me for Tuesday in the morning so they can deliver it first thing between 10-12 . I get a text and a call today saying they can't deliver it again because of the time frame I was so ready to cancel my order but one of the supervisors told me they would try to deliver it for when I got off work after 5. Then a rude guy calls me and says sorry we won't be able to deliver till Thursday. I canceled my order because everyday all they gave me was a headache from all of their lies because one of their agents said it was no guarantee I would get my order on Thursday or on any day at that . But they want to pride them selves as same day deliver. I can't believe the unprofessional attitude and the way they treat their customer. I understand things happen but a week after I paid for same day delivery are you serious??? I will never do business with them again! Over a month that I have been asking fro a refund of the delivery charge for a couch that was damaged during delivery and they have not even responded or indicated that they care in any way. And, no call day before to confirm appt. Called again at 4:45pm. Person I was talking with actually asked dispatch when my delivery should arrive. They were currently at a delivery and I was next. At 6:30pm I called again. On continuous hold saying wait was longer than 10 minutes. This went on until 8pm when I got hung up on. I had an item moved from Fort Worth to Dallas and things were going really well until they arrived at my home. I asked multiple times if they needed to something down on the floors but they said they had it. When they turned the item, it scratched my floor. No, it actually put multiple deep gashes in my floor. I contacted customer service and they offered me a small settlement. Once I sent images, they upped the amount to cover half the delivery charge and refunded it to my credit card. At this point, I was still displeased with what had occurred but they gentleman assured me that I could use them again and they would be on their game. When my sister asked if she should try them out, I felt confident saying yes. And that was my fault because she had an even worse experience than I did. Shame on me for giving them a second chance. Called to schedule a delivery in advance. Scheduled my day to be home for the delivery. When it came time for the delivery, I get a call the delivery has been canceled. No notice, no ability to re-schedule for the following day. Finally, when I called to reschedule...well, I'm still on hold. I'm not sure what else to say, absolutely would not recommend this service, at least not in the Philadelphia area. We've had to scramble to find another delivery service at the last minute. Dayton Oh Market, found a good deal on a Broyhill couch at a chain store. While I understand that things happen in our current world... I have received messages at 10pm stating "delivery complete" when in fact nothing had been delivered. It's almost a week now and the delivery has yet to be made. I have spoken to the retail store manager and my story appears to be common. To give some credit, the pickup folks that I have spoken to are wonderful however.... Clearly... management clearly doesn't have their eye on the ball. I would NOT... at least in this market... suggest utilizing pickup for shipping of any kind. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I was charged $150 to deliver a dresser. I was given a time frame of 2-4pm by 5:00pm NOTHING I waited no worries at 6:30 NOTHING when I called they said I needed to wait until the next day. I had to call for them to tell me this. They said they could offer me $10 off after I canceled all of my plans waiting over 6 hours. I know stuff happens but no one called to let me know. Unacceptable service that I have received from PICKUP. I paid $129 for a delivery between 2-4pm on Sunday 4/10. I received a call from a company representative that the driver was running behind and my delivery would now be between 4-6pm on 4/10. At 6pm I had to call PICKUP to inquire about my delivery. I was advised that the delivery would not be made today and would need to be rescheduled for Tuesday 4/12, two days later. The service rep Joanne advised that she could offer me a $10 credit for to the delay. She advised that she would see what she could do to correct this unacceptable service failure and call me back. I scheduled a simple pickup from a furniture store for home delivery 5 miles away. They postponed the delivery 4 times. They called every time, but never offered anything for the delay. Simply said they would try to schedule again but with no guarantees. On the 4th cancellation they asked if they could renew the hold on my money. I said no, I was going to find someone else. (Which I did) Over the next several days I got a couple of voicemails from them. When they got a hold of me I reiterated that I already got the delivery taken care of. Turns out "a very common issue happened where the fraud protection on my card declined the order" If it was so common then why don't they reach out to the customer to follow up? Horrible delivery service. I paid for my furniture to be delivered me on 12-23 between 10-12pm. Got a call saying it was delayed till 8mom that day. I followed up at 2pm and then they said they couldn't deliver until 12-27 which wasn't even a guarantee. I ended up canceling delivery and renting a Penske truck to pick up my furniture myself that day. This place is beyond ridiculous and should be out of business. The only positive reviews are probably from their workers. If you never want to receive your merchandise then hire these clowns. They are a joke. read more

This is awful! I purchased a shelf from Homegoods and scheduled a time for delivery. My delivery window was from 10-2 on 03/11/22. The morning of delivery I received a call stating the delivery window was extended to 8pm. Around 5 that evening I received a call saying it needed to be rescheduled to Monday, 03/14/22 between 10-2. It's now Monday, and I've already received a call extending the delivery window and was told they are trying to find drivers. This has been a nightmare and I'm pretty sure I'll never get my order. Absolutely terrible customer service. I hired them to deliver a couch on a Monday. The website was easy to use and gave me a four hour window on delivery. Seemed fine. Then the delivery was rescheduled to Thursday due to snow. They didn't show up Thursday. Rescheduled to Friday. They didn't show up Friday. I was on the phone with them two or three times a day each day, they could never guarantee delivery, kept telling me it would show up, and refused to return any of my money when they rescheduled for the fourth time. It's Friday, they just rescheduled to Saturday and already the confirmation text they sent me listed the wrong time frame, when no one will be available to let them in even though they promised me a different time frame on the phone. If you read the owner's statement for this company, it states that they pick up bulk and heavy items. That is false. I paid for 2 guys to pick up 1 item and they couldn't do it. That was fine with me, so I paid for 2 more guys, totaling 4 men. PickUP manager calls me and says sorry they will have to cancel because the item is too heavy and it is glass. So 4 guys can't pick up a wine cabinet? You got to be kidding me. They then told me that that I would have to wait for both credits to appear within 14 days. Are you kidding again? I then called another company, and 2 guys were able to do it. Do not use them if you need a heavy item or any glass piece to be picked up. read more

Levin Furniture recommended that I use them to deliver a sofa and recliner. The DAY OF in the middle of the time they provided, they contacted me and told me that they were short staffed and wanted to reschedule for the following week. This was after I took a day off work. They are inconsiderate and will never be used again by me. I've contacted Levin Furniture and expressed my dissatisfaction with them for recommending such a shady company. Recommended by furniture company for a clearance piece that had to be moved out of the store within 48 hours. Booked through app to accommodate 48 hour window and work schedule. Immediately after scheduling, Pickup company called to say they were overbooked. Attempted to accommodate any timeframe within the 48 hours, but Pickup would only offer outside the 48 hours. Guy on the phone actually said, "I can leave you on the schedule, but we will just cancel on you anyways." I can still go on the app at this time and schedule for the "overbooked" time, so other people will not have delivery service either. How does same day work if I can't schedule in advance? I've used these guys before here in Austin to pick up and deliver from a local furniture store that sells clearance items from their floor. I won't do so again. I carefully inspect anything I purchase, but movers cannot always deliver things immediately, and I understand the risk of some additional nicks or dings. For this reason, in the past I have asked them to call when they pick up, and look over the piece to avoid responsibility for damages that weren't on the piece when I inspected and paid for it. The response has generally been "Of *course* we do that!" (There has never been any damage to occur on the store floor in the past either.) Last move, I didn't reiterate. They did not notify me of any damage prior to picking up. To my horror, the piece (a somewhat fragile one as it has delicate reeding all around) was *not* properly protected, and was shoved to the front of a pickup bed with only plastic film over the faces of it. (Not sure what the heck they thought Saran Wrap would protect...) A single moving blanket was draped on top, where it served no protection. I didn't notice until after the guys left, but when I went in to look at the piece they had left in the front of our house, sure enough, where it had been against the truck, the reeding was crushed. Shreds of plastic wrap still hung in the splinters. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I called the store where "Good Guys" had a representative, who said he'd get my number and call me back. He didn't. He couldn't have cared less, I suppose. I then went to "Go.PickUpnow.com" and finding that every customer service link was a dud, I wrote them a general letter. Still no response after a full week. I accept that mistakes happen, and while this one was a stupid and entirely avoidable one, my measure of a company or an individual is based on how they address their mistakes. This operation is deplorable in that regard. Honestly, I was initially, primarily wanting to talk to them about their procedures and how them might improve them. Now I am steamed over their complete disregard for the customer and lack of customer service. read more

Update: Pickup Now contacted us and made the situation right. Thanks for the help. We just bought an entire livingroom set at Ashley's Home Furniture. They handed us a card for this third party delivery service called Pickup Now. We called and, unfortunately, paid $236 in advance. They promised same day delivery and didn't show up. Eventually they called again and said they were too busy and would come the following day. They offered some time windows and I requested the morning window. Now they are not coming until 530 tonight and I'm sitting on the floor because I already got rid of my old furniture. I called to get details on the problem. Their response was "sorry this happened, have a nice day". So after causing me to sit around waiting for two days, wondering if I'm even going to get my furniture, I got a collective shrug from the company.
