When my daughter got the package, her birthday card containing a $50 gift card was gone! Also gone was a ring I mailed her. The only thing she received was an old knitted sweater. Do you think it's a coincidence that the only thing that made it was not worth anything? I think not! I am SO UPSET and the only thing the manager would say was "oops. Sorry." He did offer to send me $100 but that does not help the loss of my daughter's birthday present, including a family ring.
