These are dedicated pickle ball courts and not converted tennis courts. The surface is terrific and the perimeter is protected by wind guards! I should have counted but there appear to be about 10 courts which is amazing for our area's exploding pickle ball population. Lessons can be taken there (see the posting on the bulletin board adjacent to the courts) and you can also inquire about leagues.

Big improvements the no-so good news is green fees have increased and " dynamic" pricing software has been installed. this is what airlines use to max out revenue as seats fill up. not consumer friendly. in this case you may not know what the greens fees will be until you arrive. finally, the Bermuda rough and greens collars are high. lots of lost balls and time spent looking. this may be a result of not being able to mow on a regular schedule due to wet weather. if it is a permanent ( new) feature, it will result in a slower and more difficult round. The grill is very good with a good menu and reasonable selection of draft beers.

Now for the good part: The lanes and everything are all redone and beautiful! The snackbar/arcade are all in convenient spots. It is non-smoking so it doesn't have that typical bowling alley smell to it. It's cheap bowling in a nice atmosphere. HOWEVER. They did away with dollar bowling nights. How sad :(. On top of that, they loaded a train up full of bowling nazis and stuck them right behind the counter. You better not throw one ball before 9:30 pm for midnight bowling. No sir/ma'am, not even at 9:29. You must wait until they have told you the rules, which consist of "You are not allowed to do this long list of things. Have fun." SOMETIMES, you get "the cool guy" and he'll even let you start one minute early. No joke - one minute. Anyways, go for a good time, it's good music, and as long as you're not breaking the speedometer by throwing your ball too fast or bowling between your legs, you'll be free from the bowling nazis!

My husband and I sat at the bar, where TVs and classic old-school game consoles were built-in to the bar top. We've never seen anything like it and it was really cool/unexpected! I would definitely recommend checking this place out for a nostalgic experience ;)

The bar is beer and wine only with a few sake cocktails, but they have tons of beer options both in cans/bottles and on draft. Lots of local selections as well. You can also order pizza from the place next door so that's kind of cool. There's tons of games like air hockey, pool, skeeball, pinball, shooting games, racing games...and they all work! Which I feel like never happens at arcades. The staff is 10/10 too. I also am so amazed at how this establishment started as an axe place then had a fire that closed it down then axe throwing became a thing of the past and they keep rolling with the punches. I like this version the best! They also have cool events such as cabaret shows and pride events and music events. Each one a little different adding to the Park Circle flair. Kids are also allowed during the day (maybe all day I'm not sure) so this is a good option for parents needing an indoor activity that can please everyone.

Came here on a coworkers recommendation for a Team Building work event. The place is impressive…read morewhen you first come in. Large and well done but upon using the axes we were all a little disappointed. I've been to other places and always been fairly good but here the axes are pretty dull and the boards torn up. When I'd we hit it straight on, most of the time it fell out and hit the ground. We asked the staff to put up a new board but he said they've been out and are waiting on a shipment. The axes were all also pretty worn. One even broke when we threw it. On top of that, I thought the price was pretty steep. We were only given two stalls for 10 people and the price was $27 a person. Next time we'll probably go somewhere else unfortunately. The staff was all extremely nice though.

The course is much improved over the last few years and generally love the layout. The gentlemen at the clubhouse, believe it's John, is miserable anytime I get there or call to inquire about heading out there. Instead of welcoming you to come play or just being decent. He comes off miserable and like I'm inconveniencing him anytime I get there or call to check availability. It's either "well the course is packed and you won't be able to move quickly" or "we got a lot of rain so I shouldn't even be letting people out" or "the cart has to be in by 8 and it's slow out there so I don't even know how many holes you can get in". I'll take my money to Santee, the courses are nicer, the price is more competitive and the customer service is a mile better. I won't be playing Pine Forest any longer, done giving my money to course that doesn't seem like they want it.

I was not familiar with it, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but they have break/smash rooms, paint rooms, and axe throwing. I had thrown axes before, but my company had not, so it was a fun learning experience. They have a projector set up with a keyboard/mouse, that allows you to select different types of games, like target practice, battleship, connect four, zombie hunting, etc. We really enjoyed the time and experience and would certainly return to throw axes again or trying a break room.
