The Pickled Pig Kitchen ft Tri-Hop Brewery, TN. Different Cheesesteak #1260 something. Special guest eater, oldest daughter Jordan. Special guest granddogs, Elbert and Sally. This has all of my favorite things. I wish I had more sign and atmosphere photos/videos. We got our food from The Pickled Pig Kitchen. They are in a bar (Two Doors Down). We ate our food at Tri-Hop Brewery. Why? Because they are dog-friendly inside and out. The food was very good. One of my favorite things about Tennessee cheesesteaks is that they come with good sides. Not just house-made chips or $3 for French fries. Not mentioning any names, most of Philly. I now realize Tennessee is the land of rectangular soft rolls. The cheesesteak had big grilled peppers and onions. They added a lot of flavor. It had a nice, hearty cheese. I'm guessing provolone. Hickory-smoked sirloin. That had a nice flavor. The roll couldn't handle all of the juiciness. This cheesesteak had a lot of flavor. Everyone, employees and patrons, at Tri-Hop Brewery were great. I had a beer and a slushie. I liked them both. Jordan liked her beers. Granddogs got water and treats; they loved that. Great night! read more
